luxury apartment with nice surrounding ,

it was a large spacious apartment , like our own home , clean and comfortable , close to a train stations , so going around Berlin is no problem , good for family trip

Gut, aber ausbaufähig

Sauberkeit und Gesamtzustand waren gut, aber verbesserungswürdig. Ziemlich staubig unterm Bett. Für Allergiker ist das echt schlecht. Der Rest war völlig in Ordnung.

My stay

I very much like my stay at this hotel. The reception helped me with everything I needed including extending my stay for a few hours the next day. My room had everything I need and most of all it was so big and open surface. You got everything you need, 5 min from the hotel you got grocery shop, restaurants, apothecary, bus and train connections as well. I will come back for sure.

Eine tolle Unterkunft, sehr sauber und gepflegt. Gute Erreichbarkeit durch öffentliche Verkehrsmittel, Kaufland nur 2 Minuten entfernt. In den Appartements ist alles vorhanden, was man braucht.

This apartment was our base camp in our Easter holiday in Berlin. In the apartment there were all we needed: kitchen, microwave oven, washing machines (for the clothes a separate washing room), TV with HDMI connection, separable beds. Recycling norms of Germany were new for us so we had some challenges in separating waste correctly. Negative side was that there were no waste bags for all different wastes. Of course, we could have asked from reception. The service in the reception was excellent although they gave us only two extra toilet paper rolls. Perhaps, there is a lack of paper in Germany. Thanks for providing an excellent "platform" for our holiday!

Adorei minha estadia. Hotel longe do centro, mas perto da estação de metrô (uns 8 min andando) e em 30 min estava no centro de Berlim. Cozinha muito funcional e hotel perto de mercado muito bom e alguns restaurantes. Achei um excelente custo-benefício, pois os hotéis no centro estavam caríssimos devido à Maratona. Ficaria hospedada novamente!

La primera pega es que nuestro apartamento tenía roto el ascensor y tiene hasta tres plantas. El apartamento es amplio y bastante moderno, pero cuando entras huele fatal y por mucho que ventiles sigue oliendo mal. Una vez allí te enteras de que “para cuidar el planeta” no te limpian la habitación. Eso si, si pagas 35€ les importa menos salvar el planeta. Vale que el cambio de sábanas y toallas no lo hagan para ahorrar agua, pero que no le den ni una pasada al suelo y al baño en una semana me parece demasiado. Te limpian a partir de la 7° noche. Tampoco te reponen papel higiénico ni bolsas de basura, ni siquiera te dan nada para que limpies tú mismo. Solo una escobita de mano enana. Así que o pagas 35€ o te compras cosas para limpieza o vives rodeado de suciedad acumulada. Por último, no es un sitio silencioso pues se oye bastante el tráfico y sobre todo las ambulancias que están pensadas para sordos.
