I stayed in Mexico City for five days and this apartment was perfect. The security was on site 24 hours letting us in and out. The hotel is walking distance to Oxxo, coffee shops, and amazing restaurants. I would stay here again.

Nice place, but we didn't spend a lot of time in the room. It was small... i reserved for 5 people and it was 2 full-size beds and a pull out couch. Only 3 of us stayed there, and that was pretty tight! But location and price point was good and felt very safe.

Loved it and the location is phenomenal!

Room was clean. A few things needed repair but overall everything was clean. Some cutlery needed rewashing. Bed sheets and pillows were super white and clean! Quite rare these days as I travel a lot.

Everything was great. The only thing that we didn’t like is that we had to bring down the garbage ourselves and throw it away. Also, that we didn’t like was that there was no dust pan in the room and have to be asking for garbage bags.

First it’s a great location to walk to many places. Paseo de la reforma, Chapultepec park, shopping, dining. All within a few minutes. The area was safe and we felt comfortable going everywhere. The property itself has good and bad. There IS an elevator now, which is fantastic. Our apt had clean sheets and towels, plenty of pillows. The refrigerator was a good size. For the bad: the floor was not clean, we asked for a broom but never got one. The showers drain very slowly. The pull out couch is really a foam cushion on the floor, fine for our kids. Overall I would stay here again.

The 2 doormen that I had interacted with are both very nice. They don't speak English well but tried their best to support and communicate whenever possible. The room itself was good, but the sofa was old, the bathroom was not draining properly, the toilet seat needs to be fixed. Overall I think is a fine stay but fixing these things will make a difference.

The installations are amazing, it makes you feel like home. Everything the setup, the furniture, the space and other little details. I was in the first floor so I didn’t get a lot of sunlight though. My only complain is the noise. The windows are not thick enough and I could hear everything around specially at night. Otherwise I really like it.

En general muy bien todo. El lugar es super amplio, bien decorado, la ubicación es céntrica, la limpieza esta bien, la presión y temperatura del agua esta excelente, muy bueno el wifi, la Cocina esta bien equipada, camas cómodas (con excepción del sofa cama). Los aspectos a mejorar: Nosotros éramos 5 adultos. El apartamento lo Ofrecen para 6 adultos. - las llaves se desprograman a cada rato y únicamente te dan dos para un apartamento que ofrecen para 6 personas. - el sofa cama es inusable!! Es un colchón que queda a nivel del suelo y tuvimos que rogar por sabanas, almohadas y edredón. Solo nos dieron 2 sabanas!! Después de pedirlas 2 dias seguidos. -con las toallas únicamente habían 4 y para conseguir otras 2 toallas nos costo dos días.

Excelente ubicación tipo apto.

El Guardia de seguridad es el recepcionista. Siempre había uno. Fue muy fácil el check in y check out permitiendo dejar las maletas en custodio el tiempo necesario. El apto. Limpio y presentable como en las fotos pero el sofá al desplegarse tenía migas de comida, la puerta del baño no cerraba bien, no había extractor de olor por lo que entraban olores de desagüe por momentos desde la ventana del baño, mi reserva fue a través de hoteles.com lo que me esperaba un servicio de limpieza (nunca entraron a limpiar los 3 días que estuve), solo había 1 toalla de baño y pies, tuve que pedir 2 toallas más y una de mano, la caja fuerte no funcionaba y el café era de percoladora y solo había french press. Cumple con la función de hospedarse en un lugar decente en cuanto a ubicación y comodidad.
