I stayed in Mexico City for five days and this apartment was perfect. The security was on site 24 hours letting us in and out. The hotel is walking distance to Oxxo, coffee shops, and amazing restaurants. I would stay here again.

Nice place, but we didn't spend a lot of time in the room. It was small... i reserved for 5 people and it was 2 full-size beds and a pull out couch. Only 3 of us stayed there, and that was pretty tight! But location and price point was good and felt very safe.

Everything was great! One of the bathrooms were a little dirty and we didn’t have hot water for one of the days, but it was easily fixed once addressed. I would highly recommend this location!

Loved it and the location is phenomenal!

Room was clean. A few things needed repair but overall everything was clean. Some cutlery needed rewashing. Bed sheets and pillows were super white and clean! Quite rare these days as I travel a lot.

Everything was great. The only thing that we didn’t like is that we had to bring down the garbage ourselves and throw it away. Also, that we didn’t like was that there was no dust pan in the room and have to be asking for garbage bags.

The 2 doormen that I had interacted with are both very nice. They don't speak English well but tried their best to support and communicate whenever possible. The room itself was good, but the sofa was old, the bathroom was not draining properly, the toilet seat needs to be fixed. Overall I think is a fine stay but fixing these things will make a difference.

The installations are amazing, it makes you feel like home. Everything the setup, the furniture, the space and other little details. I was in the first floor so I didn’t get a lot of sunlight though. My only complain is the noise. The windows are not thick enough and I could hear everything around specially at night. Otherwise I really like it.

Excelente ubicación, instalaciones cómodas y tienen todo lo que uno puede necesitar en un apartamento. La cama es muy cómoda, el apartamento es de buen tamaño y el área en el que está ubicado es muy segura. Sin lugar a dudas nos volveremos a hospedar en Kukun siempre que regresemos a la CDMX.
