This is a very nice property conveniently located for the attractions in Orlando and the surrounding area. The apartment is very spacious and well equipped and there’s nothing not to like about it.

Everything was great. Only downside was one of the bathrooms in our apartment was locked and had to be opened, which was resolved right away. Overall it's a 10 out of 10 and would stay here again

I really liked that the property was clean and safe. I enjoyed it’s peaceful nature and also all the amenities was in excellent condition. It was also wishing close proximity to the malls especially the outlet mall on the International Drive. Overall an excellent stay and I would love to stay here again and I would also recommend this place to others for sure.

The apartments were nice and they were very close to everywhere we were planning on going to. There were just a lot of complications getting into the building on the first night because of unclear instructions.

Very clean, nice looking and updated. The check in process wasn’t as planned. Make sure to receive instructions before arrival. The air conditioning or the heat did not work either. The area apartment was located in was ok. Close to universal.

More real description of this property is needed

I have to pick up the trash in the house before I leave and make sure to leave everything as I found it. The photos do not match the building that was rented. When I arrived I found trash in welcome bags from the previous family, and the bags are still at the door. The entrance building to the property is 5112, not 5100 (5100 is the community offices).

Feedback on Recent Stay

Overall, we enjoyed our stay and appreciated the comfort and amenities. However, there were a few issues that need attention. Despite requesting early check-in on December 2, the cleaners were unaware and needed an extra hour, leading us to check in at the original time. Additionally, we received a notice for improper parking on December 4, despite displaying the provided parking tag. Clearer instructions on parking policies would be helpful. Thank you for the otherwise pleasant experience!

There were bugs literally everywhere outside which isn’t the hosts fault, but there was bugs inside the property I noticed as I was packing my bags and when I was in the living room. The bed frame sounded like it was going to snap at any point which was a little scary. The ac had been broken and it was super hot so when my boyfriend went to open the window in the room the entire set on blinds just fell off the wall and hit him in the head. He also tried to do the same in the living room and same thing, the blinds to the sliding glass door came down and whacked him.

If you have more than 1 car so you have to find a parking out side. Unfortunately no parking around there. I have to park in the hotel and pay for that. We have 2 family with 2 cars. They have a lot of parking inside but they don't let you park. We booked 2 bedrooms there but they cant help. My trip was so stressful about finding a parking. Another thing is the bed is so noisy when you turn around. Even your gentle move but cant avoid the noise. Cheap bed. Never come back

La propiedad estuvo bien, detalles normales de limpieza pero, todo fue como se esperaba, el espacio está genial para una familia, el balcón no se disfruta mucho ya que son edificios, la cocina es amplia , los baños y habitaciones bien distribuidas , en los alrededores hay muchas tiendas y el outlet de Orlando que es de los más visitados, sin embargo, las distancias son relativamente largas, mi entrada tuvo detalles por la instrucciones de entrada pero fue solucionado muy rápidamente, en mi salida, cambiaron el mecanismo de entrada mucho antes de la hora marcada, un punto terriblemente malo adicional a que debes estar pendiente de tu vehículo en el estacionamiento a pesar de ser un sitio cerrado.

We loved it here. The room was very spacious and clean. Having the extra room and shower was great for our two kids. Location was a quick drive to Universal. Would definitely recommend for anytime travelling to Orlando especially with kids.
