Very friendly staff, the fellas at reception all spoke English and made it very easy from check in to check out. They have a free shuttle to and from the old city, I only used it to get to the old city though. Quiet area and very spacious hotel. Breakfast is also very tasty.

Very beautiful hotel. Tastefully decorated. They will drive you to the walls (center of city) for free and it's a short walk if you choose to walk. Reception is very helpful and speaks great English.

Incredible place. The Hotel is wonderfoul. It seems to be in a King Palace. The room is very confortable and quite. The breakfast is fantastic in a so beautiful location. Hotel also have free shuttle to the magical town of Khiva. Price is really really ok.

The hotel was a bit dated, but was well managed. There was a slight smell in the room, but not intolerable. The staff goes out of there way to help the guest. They even offered me breakfast while I was waiting to check into the room and a free shuttle service to the Old City. I would recommend this hotel based on the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff alone. Looking forward to coming back soon!
