We had an excellent stay in a 2 bedroom villa with a private jetted plunge pool. The villa was large and had a full kitchen, 3 bathrooms and a several private outdoor areas including a large covered patio with a hammock. Cleaning staff came everyday, however one con was that you cannot actually lock the main door to the villa, your keycard controls the gate to enter the yard, but the actual villa sliding door couldn't be locked which I didn't love. That said the food options were solid, and reasonably priced, the beach is secluded and the pool and loungers were excellent. Would definitely stay again.

Wunderschƶne anlage, super aufmerksames personal, sehr gutes restaurant, sehr schƶbe villen, sehr schƶn begrĆ¼nt. Ausreichend Strandliegen und Schirme vorhanden. Am Pool genauso. Die StrandtĆ¼cher kƶnnten etwas grĆ¶ĆŸer sein. Aber im groƟen und ganzen war es fĆ¼r uns ganz wunderbar. Gerne wieder, falls es uns wieder mal nach Kolumbien verschlagen sollte. Familie aus Berlin

Me gustĆ³ mucho el concepto del hotel, las villas privadas, la seguridad que se siente en las casas. La limpieza de las habitaciones y el personal del restaurante. No me gustĆ³ la limpieza de la piscina, incluso lo comunicamos en el lugar. Y sugiero que el hotel tenga personal salvavidas en la playa.

Es lugar es hermoso, y en cuanto a atenciĆ³n, instalaciones, aseo y otros no hay absolutamente ninguna queja. La Ćŗnica sugerencia que me gustarĆ­a hacer es con respecto al menĆŗ disponible. SĆ­ bien es cierto, la mayorĆ­a de los huĆ©spedes parecen ser extranjeros; creo que sĆ­ es una buena idea incluir opciones locales dentro del menĆŗ. Algunos platillos mĆ”s tĆ­picos podrĆ­an gustarnos, no solo a los huĆ©spedes nacionales que podamos alojarnos allĆ­, sino tambiĆ©n a los huĆ©spedes extranjeros que quieran conocer nuestra cocina y nuestros sabores.

El lugar es bonito El mar imposible de entrar ya que tiene un oleaje demasiado fuerte que impide entrar al mar siempre estĆ” en bandera roja No es para nada tranquilo Tuvimos un problema ya que nos dijeron al ingreso que el desayuno estaba incluido y bn cuando fuimos a pagar a la misma seƱorita que los habĆ­a atendido nos dijo que habĆ­a sido un error y que debĆ­amos pagar los desayunos Sin embargo la seƱorita que estaba haciendo nuestro chek out entendiĆ³ que habĆ­a sido un error de informaciĆ³n inicial y los audio el hotel La comida aunque variada un poco costosa con respecto a otras lugares de la zona Los masajes buenos LĆ”stima el mar porque es imposible meterse y esto no aparece en ninguna informaciĆ³n del hotel La piscina no muy grande para todos los huĆ©spedes podrĆ­an agrandarla un poco mĆ”s

Neue Unterkunft mit Villen inkl. privaten Pool, das Essen und das Personal im Restaurant waren freundlich und gut. Das Personal an der Rezeption vollkommen unfƤhig und unzuverlƤssig. Gebuchter Flughafentransfer war nicht da. Englisch spricht in der ganzen Anlage keiner. Und unsere Villa 1F hatte einen grossen Pool, leider stinkt es dort wegen eines Abflussrohres vor der Villa wie in einer Kloake. Die Sauberkeit ist auch sehr oberflƤchlich. Stromausfall gab es tƤglich mehrere male und das WLAN war auch nicht zuverlƤssig .verfĆ¼gbar.

Komplett neue Anlage, alles sehr sauber und super gerƤumig. Die Bungalows sind modern eingerichtete mit einer KĆ¼che, TV, mehreren BƤder und Schlafzimmer. Zudem wird die Anlage durch einen Sicherheitsdienst Ć¼berwacht. Es gibt einen groƟen Pool an dem man entspannen kann oder man legt sich direkt ans Meer. Das FrĆ¼hstĆ¼ck ist sehr lecker und es gibt eine groƟe Auswahl fĆ¼r das Abendessen. Preise sind ok, kosten allerdings mehr als in der Umgebung. Viel Auswahl gibt es auƟerhalb des Hotels allerdings nicht. Uns hat es so gut gefallen, dass wir unseren Aufenthalt direkt um 3 Tage verlƤngert haben. AuƟerdem ist das Personal sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich.

Nos hemos quedado en varios hoteles de esta cadena, este es el mĆ”s nuevo. El checkin fue demorado, nos entregaron una cabaƱa con la piscina verde y sucia por lo cual nos ofrecieron cambiarnos, tuvimos que esperar bastante tiempo para ingresar a la propiedad. Alrededor de las 5:30 ingresamos a la propiedad y cuando solicitamos un late check out por el inconveniente la manager nos dijo que nosotros habĆ­amos solicitado un cambio voluntario, lo cual no fue asĆ­, y que no habĆ­a sido por la piscina. Cuando le dijimos que habĆ­amos tomado fotos del estado de la piscina que nos querĆ­an entregar entonces accediĆ³ a darnos un late checkout hasta la 1:30pmā€¦ aparte de esto mala comunicaciĆ³n entre la propiedad y Orbitz. No aparecĆ­a registrado nuestro pago y tuvimos que estar 2 horas en el telĆ©fono con Orbitz para poder solucionar. El restaurante es bueno y el servicio del personal es excelente, se siente un lugar seguro y con algunas mejoras en la calidad de la atenciĆ³n en recepciĆ³n y mĆ”s cuidado al entregar las propiedades listas, sin duda serĆ” un gran lugar para quedarse en esa zona.
