This place was very nice very friendly staff the only problem i had was the room size. The room size was advertised as 650 SQF and the reality it was only about 250 ver very small i pay for the 650 SQF room and got a 250. Talk to the lady in front desk very friendly but charge me more for a bigger room that i had pay for.

The staff were all super friendly and tentative. The beds were a little on the hard side but we enjoyed pur stay nonetheless. The location was also great, lots of places to go eat to were literally around the corner

I travelled alone to Mexico City and had friends staying near by in the area. I stayed at Casa Nou alone as young woman travelling I felt very secure staying there. My room was clean and had everything it needed. Yes the rooms don’t have AC, like most places in the city but you’re provided with a fan. If you’re wanting a place with a nice view, this isn’t the place for you. Thank you Casa Nou for the wonderful stay

The hotel was very secure which is nice when traveling solo. However The room had no natural light all windows faced inside towards the stairwell or the hallway. The room cleanliness was meh stains on the walls. Not much ventilation, was very stuffy and little mildew smell. The bed and pillows were very comfortable and a great area.

It felt safe and staff were super friendly. They were able to accommodate us during an unpleasant experience earlier that night. They upgraded 2/3 rooms booked. We loved that the rooms came with kitchenettes. They also offer daily cleaning. There’s a door person 24/7 which is great. Some areas of opportunities are that there’s no AC, you have a small fan that you need to run all day in order for the room not to feel stuffy. I am not sure what is going on in the property or its surroundings but it is super loud at night as well. One of the rooms was not in the best conditions. Overall, it was a decent stay.

It is nothing like advertised!

The rooms look nothing like on the pictures and they are tiny, the sizes advertised are complete fantasies. The rooms are in bad condition, the sink was clogged, the mirror lamp was falling apart. You cannot enter the place yourself, so at night you are not supposed to enter or leave to let the doorman sleep. We had a look at the room we booked and then we went somewhere else. No idea where the good ratings are coming from.

Good location and low price but unfortunately had a chaotic stay that led to me booking another hotel. It looks like they've recently put in some sort of air conditioning, but the electrical in the building is not equipped to handle it. We noticed the lights flickering after the air was on, and then lost power in our room completely. When I went to ask, it seems like other guests lost power as well. Our initial room had a king sized bed and street facing window for some fresh air. It also had a sofa and a decent sized dining area. Because of the power outage, we were moved to an interior room with a smaller bed, and no dining table. We weren't compensated for the difference in room type. In addition to this, the majority of our second day there was no wifi, as the electrical situation was still unresolved. After all this a simple ask for an extra bottle of water was rebuffed, and I was told to walk to the Oxxo up the street. If you just need a place to sleep, this will do, but if you are looking for an enjoyable experience, I would look elsewhere.

Disgusting dirty misrepresentation.

Absolutely the worst. Misrepresented room. Looks nothing like photos. Is tiny. Is dirty. Manager promised to move me to the room that I actually paid for the following day but I was told that it was still full. Paid for 9 days. Checked out after 1. Ignored all attempts to process a refund so I had to do a chargeback. Other reviews online state there were bedbugs. Ignore at your peril.

No windows! Possibly illegal hotel

I spent 2 nights in this building. In summary: to avoid at all cost. - no windows to the outside in the room, no light of day: it is a fully closed environment. You can open an internal window but people taking the elevator then see your room. And still no daylight. Seems to be the case for all rooms I was told. Also no A/C so it feels suffocating - no outside sign in the street. That's why I am not even sure they are a registered hotel. I asked to see their license and they couldn't show it to me. - quite noisy - as the elevator is immediately in front of the room - terrible service: they do not answer the messages. Plus the receptionist was angry at me because he didn't hear the bell and said I was making too much noise for him to come open the door. - extremely expensive for what it is. I asked for a partial refund and they just denied it. - very little equipment (no iron in the room, no pan, no water boiler, very few places to store clothes and things) - I don't see how you are supposed to spend months there - they don't replenish anything when making the room, they essentially do the bed

Se escucha un poco de ruido de la genere que está en los espacios pero, nada excesivo. El lugar está muy bonito, cómodo, acogedor y te puedes trasaldar sin problemas. Totalmente recomendable.

Al llegar nos asignaron una habitación estándar (inferior a la reservada y pagada) les notifique y me reasignaron otra habitación (sabían lo que habian hecho y trataron de engañarnos). Esto paso aproximadamente 4 p.m. después, salimos a pasear y al regresar nos notificaron que solo en nuestra habitación se había ido la luz y que por favor tomaramos nuestras pertenencias y nos reasignaron otra habitación. Recordando que pague una habitación deluxe y nos cambiaron 2 veces de habitación. No nos proporcionaron una lampara para apoyarnos en tomar todas nuestras pertencias. Lo que provoco que mi esposa se pegara con una mesa pequeña negra (evidentemente no se veía) una vez instalados el hostes fue a perdirnos que nos callaramos (evidentemente no lo dejabamos dormir porque estaba a unos metros durmiendo en un sillón) y para finalizar no hubo Internet toda la mañana. Me parece un robo por parte de casa Nou.
