Despite the poor reviews, I really enjoyed my time at this resort. The staff was friendly and prompt. Excursions are right in front of the resort. Even though the beach front property is a pretty much a shipyard, you can walk down to some really pristene beach areas. Ultimately, you get what you pay for and this 3 star hotel was just perfect for my solo holiday in Mexico.

The food had minimal options, but was decent. Don't expect over the top options, but some options were good. A lot of catamaran tours start in front of the resort, so expect a lot of people walking by, but there is a roped off part of the beach just for resort guests. There were no planned activities due to the size of the hotel, but if you're looking for a place to sit by the pool or on the roped off beach, walk the beach, and just need a place to relax, this place meets that need. It is budget friendly, clean, decent size room with balcony (walk outs for the first floor), decent food. I would go back if I'm looking for a place to just relax and do some off resort excursions/tours

To dirty, they ripped me off for extra money socal "enviroment charge"!, food was terrible, same food served for day long and the left over used for following day.. not to mention the floten bathroom.

Not a fan of the dirty stone floors (I recommend wearing some sort of sandals or flip flops in the rooms). The shower/toilet area is too small. No de-humidifier in there. But otherwise the staff is great and friendly. Most speak English well. And All-inclusive is worth the price! Local bus stops right by the hotel. They have their own catamaran service to Isla Mujeres.

I booked All Inclusive. The Hotel clerk said I did not and to call the booking site to fix it. I did and they said they would fix it but they did not. They put me in a room close to the very noisy street.

OMG. The worst. Not safe- marina scum walk through the property all day. Caught several urinating on building, in bushes, etc. Food... I can't quite call it food as I didn't dare try it so don't know. It looked like dog food- all of it. Music so loud you cannot think. Horrendous. The room: Jesus Christ .. a prison cell likely is in better shape. Seriously, rent a hostel for a few days and it will be a million times more luxurious than this piece of crap. Expedia should not even allow this place to advertise with them. It's dangerous it's filthy it's disgusting and I'm embarrassed that I even tried it.
