I loved everything about this stay! I had my own little private pool and I absolutely loved my room. I had a little kitchen and my bed was super comfy. Danny was a pleasure to communicate with. She gave me a lot of information about things to do around and places to go. I cannot recommend this stay enough!

It was beautiful, surrounding area is still in need of development, excellent price for the most awesome surprise walking into a brand new room. Jonathan Trump was a pleasure at the front entrance. Would stay there anytime if I had the pleasure of going through there again.

Nice, clean rooms. It’s still under construction but for the price it’s not that bad. Check in was easy. Nice coffe shop on site. Close to restaurants and an oxxo. Definitely recommend and I would definitely stay again.😁

Newly build. good maintenance. Services are prompt. Only part of it still under contraction that utilities supply aren’t stable. And no elevator at the moment.

Great value for money

Brand new hotel in La Veleta. Yes, it’s still under construction so not everything is perfectly finished yet but the low price more than made up for it. My room was beautiful and comfortable and everything worked well. Staff was friendly and helpful. Walking distance to bus station and Tulum centro or easy bike ride to the beach road. I ended up extending my stay and would be happy to stay here again.

Needs major attention

I considered that I was not going get luxury for the price point, but pictures were amazing but dishes, spotty, cigarette butts on my patio… Jacuzzi, which is the reason I got the room, did not work without hot water, dirty sink, dirty shower, it was almost like somebody was staying there

The place is super new, so a few details need to be finished. Staff is super helpful. The main issue was a person that own either an apartment or part of the project getting drunk almost everyday in the front desk and being vulgar and loud, didn’t feel safe.
