Hotel que tem tudo pra ser bom, mas é sujo

A comunicação foi ótima, o gerente e os funcionários foram bem simpáticos. Porém o hotel é sujo. Lençóis da cama empoeirados e com aspecto de que estão na cama há tempos, quarto sujo, ambiente do café da manhã sujo (toalha de mesa, gril, utensílios com açúcar). Nao tem lençóis na cama, apenas a coberta.

Cama com pelos. Café da manhã bom.

Gostamos das fotos e por isso reservamos o local. O que não esperávamos era a entrada do quarto sujo, com balde de lixo próximo com muitas latinhas no chão. ao entrar no quarto, mais uma decepçao: cheiro de mofo e cama suja de pelo. solicitamos a troca por lencóis limpos. O café da manhã estava bom, muitas opçoes e bem servido.

O hotel tem grande suporte e tudo para ser um excelente hotel, mas deixou a desejar na limpeza, e está bem desgastado, em compensação o café da manhã é maravilhoso e os funcionários atenciosos.

O atendimento foi ótimo, quero parabenizar Agnaldo garçon pelo atendimento e gentileza foi maravilhoso. No geral o hotel é muito bonito, área verde que podemos ficar a vontade, piscina muito boa, café da manha com variedade. O hotel é um pouco antigo, mais nos acomodou perfeitamente. Eu gostei da jardinagem, já o quarto não foi muito do meu agrado, fechadura da porta ruim de abrir, ar-condicionado barulhento, cortina da janela degradada, a torneira da pia do banheiro na funcionava bem e o café da manhã razoável.
