I enjoyed staying at the City Pop. At first, there were some communication issues but they were quickly resolved. The property is new, very clean, and the location is excellent!

Excellent value for money

Stayed Easter weekend and apart from issues with payment at the booking in stage I was satisfied. Modern, clean, pretty centrally located and safe. Will stay there again if the opportunity arises.

Very clean. Just around corner and down street from U bahn red line and several tram stops. Laundry in basement. You need to log into hotel app to use - very easy. You can get detergent at mini mart across street.

Awful experience unable to check in, so called 24/7 number didn’t work. Belongings then removed from room without informing us even though was still booked in!! All the time no communication from any staff really poor experience. Mix up after mix up at this hotel. Avoid at all costs

Booked a 2 night stay and wanted to add a date to the front of it. Was impossible so I had to make a separate booking but then I got kicked out as checkout was 11 am and I would be locked out of the hotel before my check in time of 3pm. Try customer service and was not getting any replies. Great place otherwise. Really liked the rooms and great place to stay if you are an introvert. No contact with anyone.

Not very clear signage oh how to access both buildings while one of the doors is under repair. Reached out to management and wasn’t really helped. Found the room eventually and it was beautiful, clean, and central.

Worst service I've had

The apartment in itself looks like the pictures, with furnishment and it looks new. Problem is; they say they have 24/7 support, they only answer in office hours. I sent them a message sunday (checking out tuesday). As of wednesday I still haven't got the answer. We were supposed to have cleaning on sunday, but we never got it (we got cleaning once in our stay of nights). The dishwasher was broken, with water leaking everywhere (they said they would fix this, but didn't). Our apartment was in the basement floor, which wasn't exptected. The internet connection was bad in the whole second floor of our apartment, with it being disconnected many times. Honestly I travel alot, and this has proabably been the place with the worst service received, with them not even replying.
