Would stay again as the building was well located and had all the amenities - just a shame we were not able to enjoy our visit to Brisbane due to Cyclone Alfred - but the communications around it and safety from Rambla excellent! And happy we had to hunker down in an apt vs hotel room.

Beautiful apartment

Beautiful apartment and great location. The only thing I could pick at was the keyless system was a bit clunky and hard to use. Also trying to communicate for help was near impossible. Cannot fault the stay though

Great place and a great price right next to Gabba

Everything brand new, clean. Communication is good and over text advising how to enter using digital key. Digital key is useful but takes a bit longer than what a keycard would do but still pretty cool. Make sure you remember the pin though just in case the key doesn’t work. Rooftop pool, spa and barrel sauna is a great too. Spa wasn’t working when I was there.

The property managers were great and help with my accommodation needs. They spilt the king bed into two single so my mum and I could have separate beds. The bench in the shower was a great help as I had hand surgery and was in a lot of pain. The rooftop was so beautiful and had a stunning garden as well as views! The sound proofing is good, but you are in a noisey area but listening to the big bash and the energy from the crowd was amazing to experience. A very accessible hotel room especially after surgery. Very thankful

Stressful stay!

Such a shame to give a beautiful hotel a bad review but it was just one problem after another! No one on-site to talk to or get help from, which for my mother who was travelling on her own at 75 was extremely stressful! I understand problems arise but when you come up with a solution it would be helpful if you followed through with the solution properly! Lot of wasted time on phone trying to get hold of someone to help! Unfortunately won’t be booking this place again. Too stressful!

Technology used in property is flaky. Bluetooth scanning for main door, elevator and rooms regularly require multiple attempts to gain entry. The configuration of the Chrome Cast for in room entertainment hasn't worked successfully without a restart since day one. I also feel the tech company supporting this property may be less than skilled so this adds to the challenges to resolve. I have stayed here for 3 weeks and have had to call multiple different numbers to resolve multiple issues. I was offered a half night accommodation free for all my troubles but asked the management team to just fix the issues. Lets wait and see if they get better this week. Also of note: Dont trust the QR codes on the t.v. they point to a different website from the displayed target which is a security issue.
