A/C not working properly. Inside room temperature was about 26 degrees Celsius

We were 2 min late for check out and the system locked us out. I tried to warn the company via chat bot but nothing happened. It took 45 min to connect and get in our room to retrieve our luggage. Also the room looked out over a courtyard garbage area. No view whatsoever.
