Appropriate accommodation for a night before flying in or out of Auckland at budget rates. Great beds and good cleanliness and shower facilities. Could have done with some black out blinds on the large windows and rather warm without air conditioning.

Location was excellent, close to motorway, bus station, shopping centre, food outlets and supermarkets. Property was very well used and in need of some TLC, bedrooms were very small, the bathroom was ok, and the living area was good. A few cracked floor tiles in the bathroom and 1in the living area. Price reflects the accommodation and if you expect the Ritz, you'll be disappointed. Overall value for money.
