Stayed in Lux Mar instead. Swimming pool was great Would be better if we had wifi access near pool area. Mariella provided great online support in our email communications. Would be good if we had multiple keys for the same room.

Since my other booking canceld last minute this was the only place in my budget (<350 a night). The location seemed perfect, right by Playa den Bosa, and the pool/building looked modern in the pictures. Furthermore, my friend requested a two person bed since he broke his jaw and needed enough sleeping space. This seemed to be confirmed as the listing stated a "two person sleeping couch". Upon arivial it did not look like the pictures whatsover, the reception was a tiny room (max 4 people can stand in) and people pushed through you to get to their room while we were just checking in. The worst part was the second we stepped into our room it smelled horrible, a mix of cigarates and a disgusting rooting smell coming from the AC, which was not great from ashtma. Also, the matresses were extremlly hard and we did not have a two person bed like promised. It honestly felt like a prison and we were ready to book another place for our 3 nights.

Bom custo benefício

Chegamos no hotel antes do horário do check-in, mas deixaram usarmos o guarda malas e a área da piscina para esperar a hora do check-in. Na hora do check-in houve uma demora pra achar a chave do quarto, mas logo foi resolvido. No apart há apenas um ar condicionado, o que deixa o quarto um pouco quente, tendo em vista que a temperatura passa dos 30°. A porta do elevado no 5° andar apresentou problemas e não foi solucionado enquanto estávamos lá, havia a necessidade de descer até o 4° andar para utilizar o elevador. Mas no geral, o lugar é bom e bem localizado, vale o valor investido.
