Along with an outdoor pool, this smoke-free condo building has a restaurant and a fitness centre. Additionally, a bar/lounge, a poolside bar and a coffee shop/cafe are on-site. Each condo provides a kitchen with a fridge, an oven, a stovetop and a microwave. Comforts include a memory foam bed and Egyptian cotton sheets, and guests will also find conveniences, such as a washer/dryer and a dining area.
Miami Downtown Condos offers 60 air-conditioned accommodations with washers/dryers and a safe. Rooms open to balconies or patios. The place was cute, well located, easy to get in and out. I was bothered by the fact that they tried to communicate with me via WhatsApp first, and only via hotels.com when I asked, and that I was asked to pay the deposit before I arrived, on an outside web site. I think the site is reputable, but that combination with the fact that I'm not sure where the rental company is based concerned me.
