The person that park the cars at night or both person that parks cars there should be promoted to a better position in the hotel, he really know to make people feel well atended, he really understands about hospitality. The hotel is really good staff too. I’m happy.

Terrible restaurant

I was treated like a rat by the restaurant manager Marcio and the Cook Adriana who prioritised the football team for dinner. This is such a good hotel. They should change the restaurant management.

Hotel necessita reforma e o pior é o banho que a água oscila a temperatura na hora do banho saindo muito quente e na sequência saindo gelada!! A porta do banheiro não fecha e os assentos velhos e sujos!

Cafe da manha: comida boa, serviço a melhorar

Apartamento amplo, equipado, sabonete liquido , shampo e condicionador disponiveis no banheiro, coisas simples que facilitaram a estadia. O cafe da manha pode melhorar quanto ao serviço, pois se formavam filas porque nao havia pratos suficientes, fato que causava demora para o hospede desocupar a mesa, terminar seu cafe para liberar a entrada de outros. Isso acontecia todos os dias. Ate seria uma solucao comprar mais pratos e talheres, xicaras, enfim. A comida estava boa, mas tbm poderiam repor mais vezes. No geral, falta planejamento e organizacao de acordo com o numero de hospedes

dated property - very basic and poor AC - AC is not in the living area but just the bedroom. Better hotels for less or same price in Londrina.
