The apartment was clean and spacious and the staff friendly. Limited breakfast options off season, with no buffet. Staff kindly cooked our breakfast each morning. Unfortunately the location lets this lovely hotel down. Therenis a lot of noise from the road and businesses outside and st pauls itself is run down and dirty. Not ideal for families or someone looking for a nice swimming spot

Lovely clean apartment, well equiped for self catering. We did book breakfast but the buffet restaurant closed due to being out of season. However the staff brought breakfast to order every morning to our room, which was lovely. I asked for an extra blanket (before we worked the heating out) which was delivered promptly. Nothing was to much trouble. Bars and restaurants all close by.

We statyed for 5 nights and the place is fantastic. Great location, close to the beach and tons of bars and restaurants in the community. The place is super clean and has all you need for a longer stay. The staff are super friendly, they do room service every day and they have very good breakfast every morning. They also have live music over the weekends at the roof top whcih was very nice. Highly recommended.

L'équipe a été très disponible pour répondre à nos questions avant notre arrivée, sympathique, aimable et serviable. L'hôtel est très propre, les hébergements spacieux et confortables. Uns hat die Unterkunft (Superior Suite mit Meerblick - 2 Bäder/2 Schlafzimmer) sehr gut gefallen. Zustand neu und daher auch nicht abgewohnt. Auf Fragen hin wurde uns prompt geholfen (uns fehlte eine Pfanne, Besteck und ein scharfes Messer). Wir hatten mit Frühstück gebucht, um den morgendlichen Stress zu vermeiden, man darf aber kein Buffet erwarten. Es war gut und wir wurden satt, aber sehr eintönig, wenn man morgens immer nur die 5 gleichen Sachen auf der Karte auswählen konnte. Ab Tag 3 wurde auch das "Buffet" (Toastscheiben, 3 Marmeladen, Butter, Müsli, 2 Säfte und Milch) regelmäßiger bestückt. Zuvor fehlte von dem Wenigen auch immer noch etwas. Was man verbessern könnte (neben dem Frühstücksbuffet): Mehr Kleiderbügel (wir waren zu dritt, da ging es gerade so eben - jeder hatte dann 3) Die Kommoden kippsicher machen (wenn die obere Schublade voll war, kippte es schon). Mehr Gläser und Besteck allgemein. Die Lage ist prima und mitten im Geschehen, aktuell aber auch viele Baustellen an der Promenade. Dieses Jahr war der Busverkehr eine Katastrophe, daher sind wir viel Uber und Bolt gefahren. Da das Hotel neu ist, hatten aber viele Fahrer mit der Adresse ein Problem und wollten uns oft woanders abholen bzw rauslassen.
