My recent stay at RA Suites Eaton Center was absolutely amazing! The location is perfect, right in the heart of the city and close to everything, including the Eaton Centre. The suite was clean, spacious, and had all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. What really made my experience special was the outstanding service. Ben was incredibly kind and accommodating—he even arranged a late check-out for me, which I truly appreciated. His professionalism and friendliness added a personal touch that made me feel welcome and valued as a guest. I highly recommend RA Suites Eaton Center to anyone visiting Toronto. Very bad service. Had to wait 2 hours before receiving instructions to access the room. There are holes at the bottom of 2 walls in the apartment. Furnitures are cheap. The was bed sheets in the dryer. I would'nt recommend this place.

The name of this property makes it sound like it is attached or next to the Eaton's Centre. It is actually several blocks away. The key situation was awful - have to look through dozens of lockboxes to get the right one - like an escape room challenge! Parking and elevator situation extremely confusing with security very unhelpful and they seemed to actually get a kick out of people's difficulty. Very much a student vibe with kids in the hall drinking and partying. The unit itself was decent.

I had an absolutely wonderful stay! The property was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully designed. The attention to detail was impressive, and all the amenities I needed were readily available. Poor quality unit and complet mess to find the lockbox for the Keys. Got 6 keys, but only one lock the unit. Found wet bedsheet and towel in the drying machine. Found wet towel in the washing machine. The person at the entrance of the building doesn’t care of you. Not better at the service desk at the fifth floor

Checkin and checkout could be smoother. There were a couple of hundred lockboxes to hunt through. The room to the lockbox room is at certain times automatically locked. So returning the key during these times means being locked in the room. The condo is nice. Identifying which elevators that were convenient to use and how to unlock them would have been nice as well.

Not great customer service, I arrived a day late due to an airplane crash at Toronto airport and they airport closed therefore I then had to be diverted to Montreal. They property wouldn’t even offer any compensation, even a partial refund or an extra, I get it was unusual circumstances but I also had to keep messaging them as I had no response. Also there is no luggage storage in the property, as my flight was in the evening, for late check out I had to pay $70 just so I could store my luggage at the property. So please be aware of this as this isn’t something I was aware of.

They book you the suite and then tell you at the time of check in that the room is not cleaned and had to wait 30 mins for the keys !!!! I never book them again …

False advertising: This place is a scam

The unit is nothing like the description. There’s no indoor pool, and the only pool in the high rise is outdoor and it’s closed for the winter season. things in the unit are broken such as desk lamp or multiple baseboards removed, or missing essential items like a coffee maker. The hotel is non-responsive or simply stringing you along and never actually send maintenance staff. The floor gets dusty over the course of the week. The photo on the listing is for a different unit and there’s most definitely no premium bedding either. Laundry was found in both washer and the dryer. The condition is not even on par with AirBnB. Multiple attempts to communicate with the hotel itself have only been met with their “verification attempts.” There wer so many issues for my nearly weeklong stay. There’s no light blockout curtains, no Google Nest, Seeking a refund.
