Place was super clean and nice, staff needs to communicate a little better we had to wait 40 mins to check in even though we booked it months in advance. But it was a very nice hotel other wise, Heliopolis is in a good location

The location is fantastic, and the staff is friendly. The amenities are great, with a hair salon nearby, taxi services available, laundry provided, and complimentary water. The apartment itself is very good—though it doesn’t get much natural light, this wasn’t an issue for us as we spent most of our time out exploring.

I have great experience with the staff in the hotel. Great service with Islam ordering Uber everyday. Also Abdullah was very helpful ordering food. One recommendation is to offer breakfast
