Great location with appropriately 5-10 minutes walk to the Petronas Twin Towers and Pavilion shopping mall. Nice large room with very comfortable bed and has everything you need in the kitchen.

Good property, great service, had an excellent stay. Amazing views of Petrona twin towers from rooms. Just think daily room cleaning should be included in the booking and not at an extra cost.

It was a very good property.. Didnt realize it was service apartment. It would have been great if they had included some basics like Toiletries as in Hotel like Body lotion, Paste, Conditioner etc.. Kitchen to include basic spices like Salt and Pepper. Overall it was good experience for family with great view s of the skyline.

Nice place with small issues.

The staff here were very helpful. The location was very close to klcc and near everything we wanted it to be. The wifi and refrigerator stopped working and they couldnt fix it, it was our final day there and they wanted to move us to a different room. We opted to stay. The free washer/dryer was noce but there was a massive wait to get it done with only 2 machines.

My stay here was decent. The space was great for the value but a bit outdated/unclean. The appliances in the kitchen did not work and there isn’t a hair dryer in the bathroom which was inconvenient.

The apartment was designed beautifully. Everything worked. Black out shades in the bedroom, Excellent bathroom. Sun never directly shines in the windows because of the way the building is designed. Staff communicated proactively on whatsapp and were very helpful. Only negatives would be that leaving this large building from the 16th floor is somewhat of an event. Also convenience stores, coffee are at least a 300 meter walk from the property.

We came to the hotel and the staff behaved very rudely with us. One hotel staff guy took my passport without my permission and started reading it. He later lingered around me asking for the tip and money. Later when we checked in, the sink was not flushing in the toilet. We complained to the hotel staff, however, they did not do anything. I wish I can get refund for such a terrible behaviour of hotel staff and stay.

The property itself was good, clean, and neat. The downside is we have to pay extra for carpark. And there were no toothbrushes and toothpaste provided. We could have been informed upon reservation is confirmed but we did not asked from the concierge on the availability.

Never again.

The hotel is set up like a condo. There are three lift lobbies and it’s impossible to visit other floors or other rooms in other towers. One of our three rooms had vomit on the floor and the fridge was filthy dirty. No face or hand towels. No kitchen towels. Asking for any services like extra bath towels was painful, done with WhatsApp and if they responded to the request it might be several hours later. I would not stay again at any price. We booked three rooms and had to change rooms more than once to get to something resembling an actual family hotel stay.

High expectations, disappointing experience

Seemingly large, impressive, and up-scale, it gives an initial impression that completely contradicts the experience. Many portions inside the hotel are under construction (as are outside), as if the property was half-built and prematurely released to the public. The entrance/exit is clearly designed for automobiles and is awkward, unsafe and unwalkable for pedestrians. The rest of the hotel design is a failure due to its confusing, inefficient layout. My room had a chemical smell. The artwork consisted of an easel that had no good place to be stored, and was instead inconveniently placed in the center of the small kitchen. Despite changing the settings, the water dispenser only delivered hot water. The shower only delivered cold water. There was one trash can. It's apparent that little thought was given to the design and experience of the residents.

I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The front desk staff were kind and tried their best to understand my limited English. They were very helpful throughout my stay. The security guards and porters were always friendly and welcoming. I was traveling with a young child in a stroller, and one guard kindly suggested we wait in the lobby instead of outside for our Grab ride, since it was hot. Their thoughtfulness really stood out. The room was clean, spacious, and well-equipped with kitchen utensils. The shower pressure was good, and the toilet was spotless. I also liked the convenient garbage chute on the same floor. Getting around was easy—Pavilion and Lot 10 were just a short Grab ride away, and KLCC Park was within walking distance. There were no nearby convenience stores or supermarkets that I could find, so getting water and food was a bit tricky. However, GrabFood deliveries worked well, even if they took about an hour. A deposit was required at check-in, but it was returned without issue at check-out. I recommend paying in cash, as refunds are processed immediately. While I didn’t use much cash in Malaysia, it’s a good idea to withdraw some at the airport—don’t forget small bills for tips! I’d definitely choose this hotel again for future trips to Malaysia.
