The property was great and very close to the town (very walkable but there are a number of steps that might impede if there any mobility issues - however the hotel does offer a free shuttle during the daytime). Very clean and safe with good facilities. Will stay again.

Mixture of spacious, clean apartment and good quality hotel. View was fantastic. Short walk to supermarkets. The plus and negative is a short walk up steps from old town square. This means you get great views and quiet hotel just a 2 min walk. Breakfast was excellent as well.

Loistava sijainti ja mukavuudet

Mukava hotelli erittäin hyvällä sijainnilla. Vanhaan kaupunkiin pääsi nopeasti portaita pitkin, jotka meidän 3-vuotiaskin jaksoi kävellä joka päivä. Hotellissa oli useampi allasosasto, jotka olivat kaikki vapaasti käytettävissä. Upeat maisemat, Ihana henkilökunta, suosittelen lämpimästi!

The light in the bathroom must be fixed to be not automatically shut off. The timer is way too short for a shower. The elevator was broken for couple days when we were there. The staff who helped us with the checkin didn’t even know.

Overall very nice property a little older than expected and we didn’t like room location, only there for 4 nights however, I assume if staying longer you would have a better location. Did not like that there was only ceiling lights and not lamps by bed. Felt like we were under a spotlight all the time. The housekeeping could use some improvement. I had to ask for drying towels for dishes. There should be some dish soap available especially when only staying a few days, shouldn’t have to purchase.

Les +: très bien placé, équipements dans l’appartement, services de l’hôtel (piscines, salle de sport, spa, restaurant avec animations) Les -: appartements vieillots, personnel de ménage ne fait que les lits (ne nettoie pas la salle de bain/ne change pas les serviettes + ne nettoie apparement pas sous le lit vu les moutons accumulés remarqués à notre arrivée) Nous avons fait des hôtels 4* bien bien mieux, le rapport qualité prix n’est pas au rendez-vous.

Staff at this resort were very friendly and always willing to help plus the resort is very good . Only grip was that it's on a hill and really big , so not always easy to get around especially if you're getting on a bit ( old )
