Pros - Location not far from Perth City - Walking to the Park overlooking Perth City - Walking distance to shopping or convenience stores - Receptionist, Diane is super friendly and helpful - We arrived past midnight and the instructions to taking over keys are crispy clear - Amenities inside room is clean and adequate as per apartment Cons - Rooms a bit ageing and dark - Shower cubicle is a bit cramped even though we are small size Asian - No lift. You have to carry your luggage up to your rooms if you are staying on the 2nd and 3rd floor. - Directions to your rooms are not clear.

Great location and beautiful scenery, great for morning/evening walks. Although no views from room, the room allocated for my family on second level was excellent-clean and comfortable. We were allocated a room on ground floor for our first night-room looks abit tired with plenty of ants in the bathroom. Overall, our experience was great in your property. Staff are friendly and helpful. Will definitely come back again.

Nice and comfortable, has a small kitchen and all the utensils are very clean and table clothes are brand new. Bedsheets are very clean and the comfortable. The apt is very near to a 24/7 grocery store and there is a very nice cafe that serve nice coffee and pastry too

Comfortable bed compared to most places we stayed. We like the location along the South Perth foreshore, lovely. The apt is quite spacious except for a very small shower room. Parking lots not many when we return late like 10pm there isn’t a parking lot. Fortunately the staff was driving off. Otherwise things are fine.

Great location to stay near the centre

Location, location location! It's a very convenient location. A stay away from the city centre with a magnificent lake/sea view. Very friendly and helpful counter staff! Good housekeeping! Great dining options nearby and the city centre is only a 3 mins walk to the ferry. Good nearby grocery options if you decide to cook.

Good value

Excellent location and friendly staff. Our apartment was very well equipped and parking was never an issue. We were able to walk along the river to the shops and a couple of very good restaurants. The only downside was the slowness of the internet.

A nice quiet and sceneric stay

Nice quiet place across the river swan. The daily ferry rides are relatively convenient. There are not much options for food and groceries in the area for people who had no transport. So get them across from the city.

Good location

Easy access to city and road network for day trips. Free parking was a good bonus and th apartments are spacious and comfortable. Night staff are really nice, one of the daytime staff was a grumpy but other than her attitude rest of the staff were good.
