My stay was fantastic and the staff was very welcoming! Any request I had was quickly addressed and i had no issues throughout my trip. Overall, I think Tulum is a great place to visit and I would recommend staying at this hotel given the Amenities and quick access to the beach!

I had such a wonderful experience at Otonomus in Tulum. The scenery is absolutely breathtaking — surrounded by lush jungle, it’s incredibly peaceful, calm, and quiet, making it the perfect escape from the noise of everyday life. Everything was so clean and beautifully maintained, and the staff were very friendly, helpful, and welcoming. You can really feel the care that goes into this place. I loved every moment of my stay and can’t wait to come back!

I absolutely loved my stay at Otonomus! From the moment I walked in, everyone was so warm and welcoming, making me feel right at home. This hotel is very modern and new. Our room was very spacious and comfortable. Balcony pool was great on a very hot and humid day. We were saddened by the properties perimeter as there was a lot of construction debris from what appears to have been thrown off the building during construction.

I had to stay for one night in Tulum before heading to Cancun, so I gave Otonomus Tulum at try. I simply loved everything about this place especially that it gives Tulum vibe with a modern touch. The unit is spacious, clean, and had everything I needed. The concierge was super friendly and helpful; he even helped me book my transportation the next day to Cancun. Highly recommended!

The biggest problem was the lack of hot water. Also, the reception staff spoke no English, making communication very difficult. But the room was very quiet and has many features like a kitchen, washing machine, enough chairs, private tiny pool.

Dionisio at the hotel was extremely helpful with the reservation and also recommending and booking beach club space for us. The rooms are new, well equipped (doesn't have hairdryers currently, FYI) and a good place. You will need a car to get into Tulum. Would recommend the place.

The property was spacious and the private rooftop pool was nice. You could see the ocean from the rooftop. Staff was friendly. The beds and sofa futon were very uncomfortable. We had no hot or even warm water the entire week and water in the showers drained only after hours or sometimes a day.

Property was Great and far exceeded expection the pictures that we saw online do this place no justice....Dinisio was AWESOME...He took care of Everything that we needed...Everything that we asked for he provided...He made us feel like we were the only Guests on Property which was Amazing....Entire hotel was new and modern and the private pool was a big plus..Scooter and 4 wheeler rental on property was great and at a cheap price. Also airport pickup and drop off was set us directly with the hotel which was super convenient.The only complaints that I have was there was a washer.. But no dryer in our unit...and no microwave...Outside of that....PERFECT....I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this place....It was so enjoyable that we extended one additional day. Very Quiet...Very Safe just minutes away from everything .

I carefully read earlier reviews of this property before booking. Upon check-in I discussed previous issues with the friendly staff. Basically all of the issues were non-existent or resolved. This place is brand new and clean. There was Koh a single bug in the room and if ever I needed something the staff was there to provide it for me. The room has everything including a fully equipped kitchen. The location is ideal. It is a short walk to beautiful beaches. So you have the perks of spending you entire day there, while you stay at a much more affordable and comfortable hotel. I would highly recommend staying here.
