Great place to stay, nice room with a kitchen and seating area, cant fault it! Would be good if there was luggage storage, but some were suggested to us that were nearby! Well done Botanist, would recomend and would stay again if coming to Prague again

Loved the place. Really did. Superb location. As good as you can have with the mix of being in old town but closer to transportation. Check in and out was so easy and way better than any hotel experience. Bed was firmer than I am used to. But I would absolutely stay here again.

Absolutely beautiful apartment. Everything was exactly as expected and more. The location is walkable to pretty much everything in area. Only issue I had was that A/C wasn’t that good but other than that I would definitely stay again. Highly recommend.

Amazing place to stay

We loved staying in this place, it has a central location, the apartment was clean and has everything you need (apart from dishwasher and washing machine). We almost walked everywhere from the apartment, there's also a close supermarket(alberto), the communication with customer service was smooth and they are really supportive, we could do a late checkout. Consider there's no reception in apartment, so you should received an online pin by doing an online registration.

Prague for 4 days was amazing

Stayed at The Botanist for 4 days when I travelled with my friends and it was really quiet and peaceful. The beds are comfy and the apartment is really clean. The service through WhatsApp is really good and effective! An extra plus: At night they have a small gate with a code lock to be able to get into the apartment building and that is really good in my opinion because then you can really feel safe when you are sleeping. Overall a really great stay at a good apartment hotel in Prague!! I would really recommend this place if you want a clean and freshly renovated apartment hotel!!

The Botanist - July 2025

Perfectly located in the heart of old town. Clean, nice and functionable apartment. Communication with staff was excellent. Currently the backyard area is under construction, but we never heard any noise from it. We stayed a whole week and when some of our lights went out on one occation, the staff responded surprisingly fast and fixed the problem in seconds. Will come back.

Clean, good location. Beware if you are a lights out person for sleeping, you cannot turn the TV off it has some giant logo that is cannot be shut off per the customer service rep. You also can’t plug it out from the wall.

It is new, over all clean, 'shattaf available in the bathroom' which is a huge plus. Communication is very poor. Ants found in the kitchen counter and the tap in the bathroom was squirting water.

A Perfect Stay at The Botanist by Andez! I recently had the pleasure of staying at The Botanist by Andez, and it truly exceeded my expectations. The location is absolutely fantastic — central, convenient, and close to everything you could need, yet still offering a sense of calm and tranquility. The customer service was exceptional. Every member of the team was friendly, attentive, and went out of their way to ensure we felt welcome and well looked after. Their professionalism and warmth really made the experience memorable. The property itself is stylish, beautifully designed, and spotlessly clean. It strikes the perfect balance between luxury and comfort, with thoughtful details throughout that made the stay feel special. I can’t recommend The Botanist by Andez highly enough. A big thank you to the wonderful team for such a brilliant stay!

I really enjoyed my stay at The Botanist. The building is brand new, spotless, and beautifully designed. The location is excellent right in the heart of everything. Just note that Ubers can’t drop you off directly at the entrance, so expect about a 3-minute walk from the drop-off point. I did pay extra for a city view room, but was given a courtyard view instead. I was told the city view rooms were sold out, and unfortunately, no refund or adjustment was offered for the downgrade. Also, I have very sensitive skin, and the bed initially made me feel quite itchy. I messaged the staff via WhatsApp. They explained that the sheets were new, but were kind enough to change them with a washed set, which helped me sleep much better afterward. Overall, it’s a beautiful and modern place in a prime location, but a few small issues like the room change and the bedding took away from what could have been a perfect stay.

The property is brand new and looks very nice. Big room(we got the classic room, the simplest one ). Had a problem with the lighting that didn't work and it took 2 days for them to come and fix it. Also , on the website ,they say there is daily cleaning (and change of bedding every 3 days written inside the room info) but they didn't clean or change the bedding until the 4th day after we emailed them twice. One of the emails we sent about the lights not working did not get answered . So the room is nice and spacing, in a great location in old town, 2 minute walk to the old town square, however, the service and communication is not great.

AC:n kylde inte rummet ordentligt så rummet var väldigt varmt trots att man hade det inställt på lägsta temperaturen. Sängen var väldigt hård vilket resulterade i ryggont dagen efter. Annars bra och fint.
