This is a delightful place to stay in Tamborine Mountain. It's quiet and very tastefully decorated. A short stroll to some shops, and a slightly longer stroll to gallery walk. The breakfast was yummy and it was lovely sitting in the garden enjoying it. Can't wait to return.

Mountain Sanctuary B&B was a delight. Beautiful property with elegant comfortable quiet private large rooms. Continental breakfast was extensive and filling with hot breakfast as a yummy optional extra. Close walk to Palm Grove trail. Great views of the Gold Coast. Easy drive to all the mountain has to offer.

Quiet Stay in the Mountain

This B&B is an absolute delight. Set back from the road and surrounded by vegetation, it is super quiet on the grounds. Offering only 3 rooms, the noise level from other guests is also minimal. The provided breakfast was fresh and delicious, offering coffee and tea, juice, fresh fruit, and fixings for toast. The decor is a little aged, so if you’re after something super modern this may not be for you. Super cozy with lots to do around; nothing on the mountain takes long to get to.

Fabulous accommodation and great hosts

This place is fabulous - Helen and Peter are great hosts. The room was very comfortable and well appointed - comfy bed, massive bathroom, undercover balcony with seating - all the comforts of home plus more. The included continental breakfast was comprehensive and a great way to start the day. Also included are undercover parking for the car and great gardens.

Mountain Sanctuary was a lovely place to stay. Our hosts, Helen and Peter, were extremely friendly and helpful. The property was central to most of the sights and activities in the area. I'd thoroughly recommend it.

The hosts peter and Helen are just fantastic they went over and beyond , the inclusive breakfast was outstanding so many choices of cereals, breads, coffees, teas juices so much then you can also order a cooked breakfast of which we did peter made us the best omelets ever with large filling it was the best ever. They are the perfect hosts and make you feel so very very welcome cannot wait to go and have another stay there.

Lovely hosts in a perfect tranquil location within walking distance to Gallery Walk shops and Botanical Gardens (for a fitter person). Very well appointed rooms and substantial continental breakfast with cooked breakfast option. Shared spaces/facilities - little kitchen area, communal lounge - very clean and an added bonus to remember for next time.

A perfect getaway

This B&B was amazing, hosts Helen and Peter were very friendly, their attention to detail was second to none. Rooms were very spacious, beautifully appointed in individual styles, each with its own balcony and view. Large Spa bath with candles to set the mood. Rooms were spotlessly clean and well maintained. Will be our go to at Mount Tambourine.

Perfect in every way

Helen and Pete have recently refurbished the place and it is gorgeous! Really beautiful yet welcoming and relaxed. The rooms are super clean and it was very convenient to have a kitchen and an extra loo just across the hall. Pete and Helen are so warm and friendly and helpful - we loved getting to know them a bit. And the food is great too. Our stay was perfect! We highly recommend this place and will be back :-)

Very enjoyable stay

We really enjoyed our stay at Mountain Sanctuary. The room was very comfy with nice bathroom and we really enjoyed our balcony. The gardens were in fine display and our host was friendly and nothing was too much trouble. Highly recommended.

Best on the mountain❤

This is the second time I've stayed at Mountain Sanctuary B&B and it won't be my last. It really feels like a home away from home. Linda and Jeff are wonderful hosts that couldn't be more welcoming and accommodating. Beautiful spacious clean rooms with attention to detail and a bathtub to die for.. The breakfasts are wonderful and plentiful that keep you full for the entire day. The common area is cosy with lots to keep you entertained in front of the fire place from books to board games. Beautiful well kept gardens with a lovely bbq area out the back and all within walking distance to the best rainforest walk on the mountain. I can't speak highly enough about staying here. Thanks Linda & Jeff , I'll definitely be back.

agni Mountain Sanctuary

Fantastic stay close to Gallery Walk, shops and restaurants but very quiet. Lorikeet room offers Gold Coast skyline views as an added bonus

The B&B had a very home-like vibe about it - we felt welcomed right away. Very quiet - slept like a log both nights - usually I toss & turn for the first night. Lovely gardens; beautiful breakfast ; fantastic hosts. Nice kitchenette with a microwave, toaster, coffee machines and larger fridge for the use of the guests.
