The staff are friendly. The bedsheets and blankets are very clean. The air conditoner is in good functioning condition. The lighting in the room is bad, very dim. It will be good if you can install a 4 feet fluorescent light to brighten the place for better comfort. General hygiene is good. Overall , I rated it as above average.

A nice stay if you don't mind an older building

The place had everything we needed and was an extremely nice stay. Place was clean and literally one road away from the cbd. Pollyanna really took good care of us. Much appreciated!

Terrible mistake

My terrible mistake to choose this "near to Fermantle and near to city, family oriented, with kitchenette" hotel - dust mites in the bedsheets, half eaten biscuit under the bed, faulty door hinges that whine and doors can't stay open but bang onto us when we are getting into or out of the room, dirty bathtub that we hesitate even to step in to take a shower, black-shot water kettle coil, etc. Noise from highway kept us awake. This stay ends out wonderful holiday with a sour note.

Apartment is a bit old but reasonably maintain. most important bed and towels are clean and comfortable. shower is excellent. water pressure strong. one low light I would say is limited carpark space.

Basic place that's value for money.

It's a no frills self-service contained apartment. Price is reasonably affordable. Can get noisy from the nearby highway. Parking is a problem if you return late as there are limited free onsite parking - the next solution is the free parking (after 6pm) along the roadside but you'll have to move your car by 8am the next day (or parking charges apply). Apartment is rather old and definitely can do some sprucing up. There's a small kitchenette with basic cutlery, fridge, hotplate, microwave, etc. - good for a simple dinner affair back at the apartment. Overall, was acceptable to us as we were out most of the day for sight-seeing and only needed a basic place to sleep.

convenient, homestay resort n very relax apartment

When we checked-in into the hotel there were 3 staffs in the reception office. Only 1 Indian Male greeted us while the other 2 were not friendly at all. Families with kids should be given to the lower floor to avoid the unnecessary footstep noise like running and jumping. It can be disturbing at times.

Perth Escapade

Great location, no frills, saved AUD 50 entrance ticket to Caversham Wildlife Park extended to us kindly by front desk manager. Great savings for a fantastic location with attached bathroom facilities aa well as a kitchen!
