I absolutely loved my stay here. The property was very clean and well taken care of. My only negative was no fault to the owners just some construction happening outside the window woke me up kinda early but the coffee shop a quick walk made it easy to get up so early. Haha! I would definitely recommend family and friends and come back to stay at this location.

Visit from California

The apartment is almost new, bed was comfortable. The pull out couch has a bad mattress and it stays in an incline position and not able to level down. We were almost out of toilet tissue for 3 days for 3 persons.

Property was clean other than the smell. It smelled terrible. The manager asks you to turn-off the A/C and check-out and then no one turns it back on before you check-in. My guess that’s what causes the smell.

Love Fishtown

Disappointed with our accommodations. The elevated train, road and garbage truck pickup was directly behind the unit so it was extremely noisy. Also someone threw a big party on the rooftop lounge, with loud music, that went on to all hours of the night. Overall the unit itself overall was ok but the bedroom rugs were very dirty, there were rough spackle patches on multiple walls that were never sanded or painted. Won’t stay again

Wasn’t cozy

The noise level in the room was horrendous. There were parties on the roof all night, multiple nights, (10pm- 4:30am) with music, shouting, stopping of feet, furniture movement and jumping that would shake the building. Because the property doesn’t have onsite staff they weren’t able to address it successfully. The property looks much better in the pictures. The level of furnishing was ikea like, the walls had spackle repairs that were unpainted, the water pressure from the faucets was poor (barely a stream). The only saving grace was the shower water was hot and actually the shower wasn’t bad.

Property was very nice and the neighborhood is great. But the never-ending train that goes all day and night is really difficult. Would not go back because of that.

Maintenance challenged

Neighborhood has many food options. Bed was average.
Front door handle was broken for 5 days. It was still broken when we left.
This is a table in room 303. It looks like something hot was dropped on the table. This was here when our friends arrived.

Good: Spacious apartment style rooms with fully functional kitchen. 2) Good location for restaurants and bars. Bad: 1) The neighborhood isn't all the way there yet. Sketchy areas in close proximity. 2) The entry door to the building was damaged by vandalism which made entry difficult for about a day. The handle was broken off and replaced by a 2x4... which did work. 3) The address is the Chase bank. The actual door is to the right side of the bank.
Lovely walk through Philly...

Not worth the price

Pros: Secure building. Walkable location. Roof deck. Clean. Working washer/dryer. Looks nicely decorated. Cons: Overpriced. Next to train tracks - 2 trains run every 15 minutes all day and night. Uncomfortable bed. Minimal amenities. Thin walls, guests next door were partying and smoking through the night. Host didn't send entry code at check-in, had to wait about an hour to get into the unit. Someone (I can only assume housekeeping) attempted entry into the unit twice in the morning, before checkout time. They opened the door, but were stopped by the door latch, then closed the door without ever saying anything. Overall, not my worst stay ever, but the loud trains and the jumpscares of strangers opening the door puts me off from booking here again, especially for their prices.

Great location, a bit austere

The location was excellent, and the photos are very accurate - it’s exactly as described. A couple of things to note: the noise from the metro is significant as well as late night noise from the alley. The space is totally sufficient, but felt very austere and not cozy at all. The space didn’t have much in the way of kitchen amenities (or even a wine opener) so don’t come expecting to really use the kitchen. The biggest thing that I experienced was not getting a unique doorcode via email for check in. The email came with a code “generating” and I had to call and request it be sent to me. It was fine and happened quickly, but know this might be an issue when booking via hotels.com.

Absolutely loved the property, the rooftop at night is something you definitely want to check out when visiting! Overall our space was very nice, stylish and comfortable. The bed and linens were all fresh and clean, we did however notice that the floors did seem quite dirty.. the bathroom could use a deep cleaning as well. Staff was very polite when communicating with regarding questions on entering the building prior to check in. Despite the few issues with cleanliness that we did have, we would likely book again when in the Philadelphia area.

I was disappointed how the proximity to my bedroom window interfered with sleeping. The sound and rumble of the train was only halted from midnight to 5 am, not great for light sleepers. Once that sound wakes you, there’s no not hearing it lying in bed.

Our family of 4 stayed here the weekend of 4/25/25 for Monster Jam. We would most certainly stay here again. The unit was clean and well-appointed and looked just like the photos. The rooftop area was also as pictured and provided beautiful views of the skyline. The Cozy Team provided excellent communication in a timely manner. Fishtown is lovely and extremely walkable. We felt safe walking around at night with our 5 and 11 year olds. There are many restaurants nearby. The only drawback was parking, which was very difficult to come by. We were able to park in a lot on Howard St about 3 blocks away on Friday around 6pm but the lot was full on Saturday when we came back around 8:30pm, so my husband circled several blocks for about 30 minutes before he found a spot. I would recommend parking your car for the duration of your trip and walking or using a ride share. We also realized early on that you can double park with your hazards on to load and unload your vehicle near the building, many cars were double parked briefly throughout our stay. Proximity to Lincoln Financial Field was great, with about a 15 minute ride with easy access to 95. Some reviews mention that you can hear the elevated train that runs nearby. Our unit was on the front of the building on Frankford Ave and we did not have any issues. 10/10 would recommend. Book it.
