Reception staff is friendly. Condition of the room is acceptable. However housekeeping could do more. Washing machine was dirty. Did not provide enough toiletries, they also ran out of shower gel. Otherwise overall stay was comfortable.

Poor maintained, dated apartment with no a/c.

Customer service was great. However the apartment was dated, everything was falling apart. Everything, sink tap, shower tap, washer buttons etc. the carpets in the bedroom looks dirty and poorly maintained. The size of the 2 bedrooms apartment was perfect though. But its next to a university hostel, and we had our apartment facing the small park that all the students hangs out in the evening till late. They smoke, drink and make lots of noise. Its fine if u dont open the windows at all, as its sound proof. Except u have to open the windows as there is NO AIRCONDITIONING in the apartment. So there is barely any ventilation if u dont open the windows. So thats a huge nono for us. The Aldgate area are full of homeless and drunkards. So will be dangerous if u are a single lady heading home after dark. If u dont mind not having airconditioning and dated apartment but at good price. Then its fine.

Amazing views from our 14th floor apartment, well equipped with everything you need, very comfortable and clean, great location. All needed is coat hangers in hallway and chairs for balcony 😊

とても満足です。 スーツケースの鍵が壊れてしまって、スーツケースが開かなくなり、色々なホテルマンさんが協力してくれました。結果的にスーツケースを開けることができました。 本当に感謝しています。 また、コンビニエンスストアも隣接していて非常に便利です。 ひとつ注意点があります。始発列車に乗ろうとしたら、最寄り駅の入り口が閉まっていたので隣の駅まで歩いていかないと乗れませんでした。なので、始発や終電電車を利用する人は、注意が必要です。 お部屋については、お風呂も布団もとてもきれいで満足しています。調理器具や食器なども揃っていて便利でした。 電子レンジ、オーブン、洗濯機や食洗機もありまるで自宅のようでした。 このホテルを選んで非常に良かったです。 I used Google Translate, so it may not be accurate. I am very satisfied. The lock on my suitcase broke and I couldn't open it, but various hotel staff helped me. I was finally able to open it. I am very grateful. There is also a convenience store next door, which is very convenient. There is one thing to note. When I tried to catch the first train, the entrance to the nearest station was closed, so I had to walk to the next station. So, if you are taking the first or last train, you need to be careful. Our apartment didn't have floor-to-ceiling windows as was indicated by the photos. The building was overall outdated, this feeling being also valid for our room. Even though the apartment was quite spacious and fairly clean, the furniture and windows seemed a tad old.

Lovely apartment

I stayed in a 2 bed apartment and was pleasantly surprised by the space. We had plenty of room and more. The staff allowed an early check in and we were happy to pay the extra charge. Everything was in working order and the place was very clean on arrival. Plenty of clean towels for all to use and all appliances in the kitchen were functional too. It was lovely and quiet during the night so we all had a good nights sleep and the place is only a short walk from Aldgate East underground. It wasn’t cold without the heating on during December but the heating was quick to warm the place up anyway and make it cosier. Plenty of heaters around the place, all working. The small supermarket next door was an added bonus. The apartment helped make our weekend in London a very enjoyable one over the festive period. Definitely recommend this place and will be happy to stay again in the future.

Haben in 2024 zweimal jeweils eine Woche in einem Apartment verbracht und waren insgesamt sehr zufrieden. Hier und da ist vielleicht nicht mehr alles intakt, aber das hat uns nicht wesentlich gestört. Das Empfangspersonal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Lage ist wirklich super. In 5 Gehminuten befindet sich eine U-Bahnstation. Kleinere Supermärkte sind ebenfalls fußläufig zu erreichen. Im Gebäude befindet sich zudem ein kleiner Grocery bei dem man ebenfalls alles für den täglichen Bedarf kaufen kann. Die Tower-Bridge erreicht man in ca. 15 Gehminuten. Wir sind mit dem eigenen PKW angereist. Fürs Parken im Hof werden nochmals 25 GBP pro Nacht fällig. Ist aber für London völlig ok.

Staff was friendly and helpful. No luggage storage. Very noisy especially at night especially when windy (which it was most of the trip) you could hear the wind whistling and rattling the windows which made sleeping difficult. Like that there was a washer/dryer but it would take 4 hours to wash and dry one load end it would still be wet or damp so ended hanging up clothes to finish drying.
