It was a basic no frills hotel. It was clean and quiet but is definitely in need of updating which was actually happening as we stayed there.

Avoid at all costs

Nobody to check you in. They send you a room code. Internet was spotty. Called off site staff and they’ll put in a ticket for repair. One of my rooms carpet was soaking wet from cleaning. No alternate room available (not true) offered 20% discount. Place was seedy

My worse stay in Cascade

Here's the list. Toilet leaked, Dirty wash cloth left on show (pic), Ac filter filthy (pic), Exhaust fan had no way to turn on, Game room closed, it was supposed to be open 7 day 8-8, 2 cups of coffee to make no decaf opption, dresser drawer front fell off when it got touched, Chairs (pic), No one in office, was supposed to be 8-5, no one there the next either, Room smelled like it used to be smoking room,Tv volume didnt work, Only conditioner no soap or shampoo, Ac fan only ran on high, Hot was water luke warm at best turned only to hot. I have pucs, but hotels won't up load.

The place was very clean, a little late being able to check in but they were good at communication and telling us. Got what we needed when we asked and very nice to work with. It was rugged and not enough utensils but it was nice to have a kitchen to cook in and everything worked well.

Peep Inside

Very clean room. The only “issue” was a broken blind that was a nuisance due to the fact that the room was on the first floor and it allowed just enough space for someone to peer into the room. The only recommendation I would have is to provide a pull down shade for privacy.

The room was clean, the bed was uncomfortable, very springy, the TV didn’t work at all, we did get a partial refund because of the TV not working. The blinds were tattered, so anyone walking by could see in our room. The guy working there was really nice.

Very much worth the price! Well maintained for how old it seemed. Can tell they put in new tub, (which was very deep and made me very happy!) new toilet and light fixture. Only wish there was a side table lamp. The top light was insanely bright 🌞. I would definitely stay here again. Although my husband felt it was too rustic.
