Bemüht aber verwahrlost

Buchung und Vorabkommunikation verliefen problemlos, wir wurden freundlich empfangen. Leider ließen die Sauberkeit, der Zustand und die Ausstattung doch sehr zu wünschen übrig und hatten nicht viel mit den schönen Fotos in der online-Darstellung zu tun. Die gebuchte Nichtraucherwohnung stank furchtbar nach Zigarettenrauch, dafür erhielten wir eine Entschuldigung und uns wurde unkompliziert ein anderes Appartment gegeben, in dem die Luft auch nicht gut aber zumindest etwas besser war. In dieser Wohnung entdeckten wir dann allerdings eine Maus, deren Kot in den Küchenschränken lag und die nachts unsere mitgebrachten Lebensmittel anknabberte. In der Küche war fast kein Geschirr vorhanden. Bad und Küche waren nicht gut gereinigt, Dichtungen und Stöpsel fehlten, Silikonfugen waren verschimmelt und bröckelten. Nach Benutzung der blauen Handtücher waren unsere Hände blau abgefärbt. Wo die vier Sterne herkommen, ist uns schleierhaft. Wir sind nicht anspruchsvoll, aber sauber darf es schon sein. Die Lage ist schön, die Anlage von außen betrachtet auch. Wir werden nach diesem Erlebnis beim nächsten Mal dennoch eine andere Unterkunft wählen.

Sehr beschaulich und eher ausserhalb auf einer Anhöhe. Ehemaliger Bauerhof mit entsprechendem Charme. Sehr symathische und hilfsbereite Mitarbeiter. Unweit von der Therme Geinberg!

Hatte eine Junior Suite gebucht. Die Lage ist ruhig auf einem Hügel. Man hatte einen schönen Blick über die Gegend. Das Zimmer war riesig mit kleiner Küche und im Schlafzimmer mit 3 Betten. Entgegen anderen Rezensionen war meine Suite sauber. Wer Essen gehen will muss etwa 4km in die nächste Stadt fahren. Die Ausstattung ist nicht hochwertig aber ausreichend.

Zimmer cool aber Rest lässt zum wűnschen űbrig

Es war ein sehr schönes großes Zimmer mit Balkon aber das Wasser zum Duschen war eiskalt!!! Und ich muss den vollen Preis bezahlen obwohl wir nach einem Tag durch einen tragischen Unfall in der Familie abreisen mussten!!! FINDE ICH ALS NICHT KUNDENFREUNDLUCH

When we checked in it was quite weird, walking from here to there to get to reception. And then we were given the wrong room. Which is where they had listed us as our room, so it wasn't a mistake of 'wrong key' (and it was quite dirty and unwelcome). When I realised because our room was supposed to have a bath and washing machine, we went and told them and we didn't even have to say anything, they just gave us the key to the correct room which is exactly as pictured. So they knew where we were SUPPOSED to be because they put us in there - without us even saying it. It was alright, water is white which is quite icky. The cooking utensils are not big enough at all for a place designed for 4 people to sleep. Washing machine could use some instructions but it was good to have one!

En pärla ute i naturen.

Det var väldigt avsides men otroligt vackert. Rummet vi fick var väldigt stort med separat sovrum och kök. Kändes väldigt nybyggt med fantastisk utsikt över kullar. Badrummet var stort och rent. Dock så var det en stor och fin dusch som de satt ett duschdrapperi runt som var alldeles för litet. Mycket trevlig personal.

Traumhafte Lage.. top Preis-Leistungsverhältnis !

Perfekte Lage für eine kleine Auszeit .. Traumhafter Ausblick, sehr schönes, großes Apartment, reichhaltiges Frühstück, äußerst netter Gastgeber und freundliches Personal. Dies war sicher nicht unser letzter Aufenthalt.. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder :0)

Unterkunft nicht zu empfehlen!

Wir hatten die Geinberg Deluxe Suite gebucht und bei der Anreise wollte man uns ein viel kleineres Zimmer geben. Und das obwohl wir mit 2 Kindern (5J & 1J) waren. Nach Konfrontation bekamen wir doch die Deluxe Suite, die jedoch überhaupt nicht Deluxe ist obwohl wir als Menschen nicht so hohe Erwartungen an eine Unterkunft haben. Aber diese ist schmutzig, unser Kleiner konnte am Boden nicht herumkrabbeln weil der Boden echt verdreckt und staubig war. Das Appartement ist zwar geräumig aber wirkt bunt zusammengewürfelt, zB sind die Spanntücher viel zu klein, teilweise löchrig und haben Flecken, frisch gewaschen waren sie glaube ich schon. Weder die Vermieter noch die Unterkunft würden wir empfehlen!
