Each apartment provides a microwave and a coffee/tea maker, plus free WiFi and a flat-screen TV with cable channels. A hairdryer, a safe and an iron/ironing board are among the other amenities that guests will find. Housekeeping is available on request.

The property was close to downtown and the ski resort. The hotel shuttle was great to get to and from the ski resort during the day and would pick up on request at night.

Well priced option in an overpriced town.

This was a well priced and conveniently located hotel. Slightly dated ski resort feel, but that gave it some rustic charm. Staff happily accommodated request for later check-out. Would recommend as extremely well priced (at least in April) in an otherwise overpriced town.

It was just ok. They put us in rooms as far from the entrance so we had quite a walk to our room. Plus we were put next to the maids storage so had to deal with all that noise. The hotel was not busy so why? Price was good so we got what we paid for I guess..Location was pretty good.

The location is unbeatable: just minutes from town, great restaurants, and the river. Every room has beautiful mountain views, and the entire place is both family- and dog-friendly, which is a huge plus. The rooms are well-equipped, and the kitchens have everything you might need. The front desk and all the staff are incredibly kind and helpful. I’d definitely recommend it. I can’t wait to come back!

I’ve stayed at this property a few times now and in different types of rooms, and I absolutely love it! The location is unbeatable: just minutes from town, great restaurants, and the river. Every room has beautiful mountain views, and the entire place is both family- and dog-friendly, which is a huge plus. The rooms are well-equipped, and the kitchens have everything you might need. The stay was comfortable at Legacy. The staff was kind and accommodating. It was a slower weekend, so they were able to help us with early check in. The room was nice with plenty of space. The bed was comfortable and it was quiet. We ended up leaving our pillows there and they had collected them, placed them in a bag and we were able to pick them up later! Very kind staff.

Very Dated and Not Well Maintained

This property is extremely dated and in need of repairs, and updates. Our room was clean but also in rough shape. Chipped paint, scratched floors, and banged up walls. The shower had very little water pressure.

Another wonderful stay

Great place. Lots of sq ft for the price. We've stayed here many times over the years. One of the best values in Steamboat. Not particularly fancy, but lots of niceties. And the shuttle is a big perq.
