HÎtel pas trÚs loin de la gare SNCF, au calme dans une ruelle. Petit studio avec kitchenette (plaque de cuisson, réfrigérateur et micro-ondes) juste le minimum pour passer un court séjour. La literie n'est pas trÚs confortable mais fait l'affaire. Un peu vieillot. Le personnel est trÚs sympa. Attention, il n'y a pas d'ascenseur.

Bon sejour, conforme Ă  la description, le logement est propre et la literie co nfortable, peu de bruit dans la residence. Il y avait un peu de jeu dans le robinet de la cuisine mais rien de grave. Le personnel etait vraiment au top , je les remercie vivement pour leurs renseignements et leur conseils !!

Chambre correcte mais des doutes sur la moquette, douche avec des moisissures, lit confortable mais petit en largeur pour les lits d'une personne. Personnelles à l'accueil sympathiques, trÚs bon petit déjeuner et trÚs proche du vieux centre de La Rochelle à pied.

Avec un brins de manage supplémentaire ça le fait

Venant pour la quatriĂšme fois, l’accueil est toujours le point fort de cette hĂŽtel. TrĂšs sympathique. L’établissement rĂ©nove petit Ă  petit ses chambres, ravi d’avoir une chambre avec du parquet et non de la moquette, cela fait plus propre enfin quand le mĂ©nage est fait
 PropretĂ© de la chambre convenable mais la salle de bain horrible (rideau de douche avec des taches et des cheveux, toilettes avec poil et cheveux sur la cuvette, joint du lavabo Ă  refaire) Petit point concernant les meubles, ils n’ont pas changĂ© et son toujours d’un style ancien.

Nous n’avons fait qu’une escale d’une nuit. Lit trĂšs confortable et petite cuisine pratique, trĂšs gentil accueil 
. Appart’City est un bon compromis avec un rapport qualitĂ© vraiment correct avec tout de mĂȘme des amĂ©nagements un peu vieillot

Excellent emplacement, au calme, parking privatif (payant) mais beaucoup moins cher quand ville. Les chambres mĂ©riteraient un rafraĂźchissement, plaintes dĂ©collĂ©es, de nombreux points de rouille. Nous sommes restĂ©s 3 nuits et la chambre n’a pas Ă©tĂ© faite une seule fois !! Des jeux Ă  disposition pour la famille 👍

HĂŽtel trĂšs correct au vu du prix

2 nuits passĂ©es dans cet appart hĂŽtel. L'hĂŽtel est vieillissant. L'espace commun (rĂ©ception, salle petit dĂ©jeuner) sont tout Ă  fait convenable. Les chambres sont un peu plus dans leur jus niveau installation et mobilier. Le petit dĂ©jeuner est diversifiĂ© et de bonne qualitĂ© avec un prix imbattable. Le personnel est agrĂ©able, souriant , Ă  l'Ă©coute et prend le temps de nous guider. A 15 minutes du centre ville Ă  pieds, c'est rapide et pratique mĂȘme si le quartier n'est pas le plus joli. Le rapport qualitĂ© prix est vraiment trĂšs bon pour un hĂŽtel au cƓur la rochelle.

Couples passés votre chemin !

Surprise Ă  l’arrivĂ©e, le parking est payant en supplĂ©ment. Nous n’en avions pas Ă©tĂ© informĂ© lors de notre rĂ©servation. Puis en allant dans notre chambre, nous passons par un couloir oĂč l’odeur et la moquette vous laisse dĂ©jĂ  prĂ©sager l’état global du lieu
 la chambre est extrĂȘmement vĂ©tuste, d’un autre temps ! La salle de douche n’en parlons pas
 on se croirait tout bonnement Ă  l’hĂŽpital !! Pour une ambiance romantique c’est ratĂ© !

Horaire réception l apres midi ouvert trop tard. Les hotes a la réception sont tres gentilles et polies. L appartement est bien trop cher pour la nuitée. Qualite médiocre. Couteau économe cassé Odeur de cigarette dans l appartement .salle de bain trop petite. Dans l appartement il y avait qu une chaise au minimum en mettre deux. Appartement tres vétuste.
