Not bad

This wasn't a bad place to stay for a night. The staff were welcoming and friendly and we were able to check in earlier than advertised. The room was a good size, had a well equipped kitchenette with a full size fridge and a table, desk and a couple of chairs. The bathroom and shower was a bit run down. It was all clean enough. Some of the wiring seemed a bit dodgy, one lamp had exposed wires but luckily wasn't working. My friend really liked the garden smoking area. Unfortunately there was a lot of noise from another room into the small hours. The bed was really comfy! Would I stay again? Yes. We paid a fair price for the facilities on offer for Paris and it was ideally located right by a metro or 30 mins walk to Gare Du Nord and close to where we needed to be that evening.

J'ai passé un excellent séjour dans cet appart hÎtel à Paris. L'endroit est trÚs agréable, confortable et bien situé. Le petit déjeuner sous forme de buffet était varié et vraiment délicieux. Le personnel était accueillant et tout était parfaitement propre. J'y retournerai sans hésiter lors de mon prochain passage à Paris !

Brilliantly located for Metro. Staff incredibly friendly and helpful. Rooms basic but clean and comfortable, kitchenette well equipped. Local area has everything you need. Perfect location for Citie de la Musique. Would highly recommend for a budget stay!

Lovely staff and check in experience. General area smells like sewage, so keeping windows open let in smells. Keeping windows shut was quite hot and stuffy. Bathroom was tiny, towels had stains, but everything was otherwise clean and fresh. For the price, it was decent. Would consider staying again, for the right price.

TrĂšs bon expĂ©rience chez eux, accueil chaleureux et convivial. La Personnel souriante, professionnelle et trĂšs serviable. Lieux propres ( la dĂ©co laisse a dĂ©sirer, mais dans ce tranche des prix on ne peut pas demander, ni s'y attendre que ils ont dĂ©pensĂ© des sommes Ă©normes sur la dĂ©co). 2 petit problĂšmes a l'arrivĂ©e, rien de catastrophique frigo ne fonctionnĂ©e pas et ensuite serrure en panne) mais les deux ont Ă©tĂ© rĂ©glĂ© dans moins de 15 mins. Le monsieur du service technique Ă©tait aussi aimable que les gens de l'accueil et ils ont tous prĂ©sentĂ© leurs excuses pour les nconvĂ©nients et me souhaiter un bon sĂ©jour. J'ai sĂ©journĂ© dans des grands hĂŽtels oĂč la personnel pourrait prendre de leurs examples. Je ne dis pas que l'Ă©tablissement est parfait, mais la personnel y est presque, en tout cas leur professionnalisme est irrĂ©prochable. J'ai bien dormi sans ĂȘtre dĂ©rangĂ© par du bruit ni de l'intĂ©rieur de de l'extĂ©rieur de l'Ă©tablissement.

A good, clean, basic place to stay.

Stayed for 2 weeks during a heat wave of 34-35 C. every day for the last week. No a/c but this was in September! As the night temperatures rose, it became unbearable, with no breeze. I'm 74 and needed help. Went down to reception and asked if I could rent a fan, not hoping for much. Immediately they rounded up a tall floor fan and a staff person brought it to my room, no extra charge. From then on it was fine, blowing full blast 24/7 until I checked out. One other thing--the rooms were very clean, but the first time I turned on the bathroom tap there was a bad smell from the drain--not sure why. Bought scented tea-lights and burned them over 2 nights and the smell faded away. Third floor overlooking the inner courtyard, very pleasant, but some people, with the windows all open at night, were quite noisy, laughing and talking--but in Paris one puts up with such things!

Teensy kitchen, but I made coffee every morning and had croissants, baguette, soft-boiled eggs, even did 2 dinners in the micro. Saved a lot on meals.

Das Bad war sehr klein. Die Dusche ist ebenfalls sehr klein. Es war kaum möglich sich zu bewegen. Das Zimmer war schmutzig. An den WĂ€nden und TĂŒren waren undefinierbare Flecken. Kein Kleiderschrank vorhanden, nur eine art Kammer mit Brettern die unangenehm gerochen hat . Wir haben nach unserer Ankunft erst mal selber gereinigt. Als wir ins Bett wollten, fand ich Blutflecken in meinem Bett. (Periodenblut von meinem VOrgĂ€nger) . Auch das Bett von meiner Tochter waren viele Flecken. Ich ging zur Information und die WĂ€sche wurde ausgetauscht und wir haben unsere Betten um 1:00 Nachts selbst bezogen. Die Zimmer zur Strasse hin ,sind sehr laut. Der reservierte Parkplatz ,fĂŒr den wir gezahlt haben ,war stĂ€ndig besetzt .Die Garage sehr klein und eng . Am letzten Tag ca 10:40 brachten wir unsere Sachen nach unten ,da 11:00 Uhr check out war. Die Karten fĂŒr den Fahrstuhl waren bereits gesperrt und ein Mitarbeiter von der Technik musste uns runterfahren. Sehr enttĂ€uscht und traugig fĂŒr so eine Unterkunft Geld bezahlt zu haben.
