Fast, Friendly check in. Room is cozy and clean. Good price for basic accommodations. Great location, within walking distance of many things. The room did smell very strong of cleaning products and bed was a bit firm for my preference but, other than that no complaints.

Is it pricey for a motel. Yes. But for Tahoe it’s a good choice. I’ve stayed here multiple times and am never disappointed. When I can walk a block and avoid the ridiculous resort fees of the casinos and now their paid parking, I will stay her anytime
