Great condo in the heart of the Old Town Square. Really enjoyed the space, and it had great air conditioning - important in the summer. It felt private and secure, and you had to enter through a restaurant to access the gate to the apartments. But every morning you’re steps away from the statues in the square. Would definitely stay here again. Only disappointment was we were staying in residences run by the Emblem, but they didn’t let us use the workout facilities or top floor jacuzzi in the main hotel. That felt wrong, but not much we could do about it. One small tip, there is no reception at this location. So you have to check in at the main Emblem Hotel. It’s not easy to take luggage through the cobblestone streets of Prague, so make sure you go to the Emblem main hotel to check in.

Beautiful clean and comfortable. Spacious rooms. AMAZING location!! Need clarification that actual rooms are at the address Expedia provides. However, check in is across the plaza about a 3 minute walk away The Emblem Hotel. (Just enter The Embelm Hotel in google maps for directions)

Overall, the property was awesome! The balcony overlooking the Town Center was a huge bonus. The only slight drawback was the mattress on the pullout sofa. It probably needs replaced but our son didn't complain about it. The main, king size bed was very comfortable. Other than that, it was a 10 .

I would recommend this hotel very highly. Our room was right in the main square right across from the astronomical clock. It was not quiet until around midnight but we did also visit on a Friday Saturday and Sunday so I expected it to be louder than other parts of the city where we could have stayed. The huge upside was it’s right in the town square so walking distance to everything in the old town. My family and I loved this hotel. Also there is Josef. He is the concierge and he actually made our trip. He was the most helpful person (concierge) that I have ever had help me. He seems to actually like his job and is very very very good at it. We wanted to see the Klementinum (library) and could not secure tickets. Josef to the rescue he actually walked over to the Klementinum and was able to secure 5 spots for the tour that I thought we were going to have to miss. He walked there. That is going the extra mile. Everyone at the hotel went the extra mile to make our stay very wonderful, but somehow Josef stood out as going above and beyond from securing tickets to arraigning daytime sightseeing tours to booking our dinners in the most amazing restaurants. If you do not utilize his services you are doing yourself a disservice on your trip to Prague. This will probably mean more work for him and I apologize to him in advance for adding extra work from tourists but he is AMAZING!!!!!!! Thank you for the wonderful stay at the Emblem to all the staff!!!

Lovely, spacious room, directly on the Old Town Square - only about 100 ft. from the Astronomical Clock! A really nice shared kitchen (with stove-top, microwave, sink and coffee maker) in the common areas space, in addition to a kettle with coffee and tea fixings in the room. Also several comfy nooks and places to sit in the common areas. My only quibble is that you need to check in at the main hotel, which is about a 5 minute walk across the Old Town Square from the room. But the hotel staff helps with the luggage. Check-out is easier - just leave the keys in the room.

The location was walking distance to all the sights we wanted to see. The views from the accommodation were impressive. The room itelf was large and offered air conditioning. The added use of a washing machine was a nice bonus on our long trip.

Beautiful apartment with balcony over the Old Town Square. Could not have a better position in all of Prague. Spacious apartment with access to clothes washer and dryer which is exactly what you need when travelling. Have stayed in Prague twice before but never in such a perfect location.

Hotel provided kitchen which helps a lot. We stayed for a week and some days we just cooked in the kitchen. It's very convenient. And bonus part is no charge of using washer and dryer! Hotel sits at a perfect spot, it's so easy to go anywhere from there.

Loved the location. The staff was helpful and courteous. The rooms were clean and large. Loved having access to a kitchen and laundry. I was worried about parking but we found a spot on the street nearby and could park there the whole time. We were able to pay on our phone. Very easy. Where our room was, it was not noisy. There is air conditioning so we didn’t have to open the windows.

We had the best room in the Old Town Square. We had our very own balcony, and visited during Easter week so we were able to people watch, and enjoy the festivities from our room. The building has a common eating room, kitchen, laundry, and is spacious enough for a family of 5.
