I would highly recommend to upgrade the bedding from the brown blanket to actual comforters. Cleaning daily sweeping of the floors in the rooms to get the sand out.

Spent four nights here with my husband and three kids and have zero complaints. It’s so close to the boardwalk without the noise of the boardwalk, it’s super clean and newly remodeled, guys at the front desk were super helpful, and water pressure in the shower was amazing. The pool is right in the middle of all the guest rooms which makes it convenient to get to. You get one parking spot on the hotel grounds per room but directly next door is a pay to park place so if you have more than one vehicle you can always park over there. 10/10!

Loved that it had a kitchenette. Modern feel to the room. The pool was really nice. The staff was friendly and helpful for the most part. The room needed hooks on the walls as we obviously had things to hang like bath towels , beach towels, etc. It would've been nice to have two plastic chairs outside of the room to relax after the kids went to sleep. We needed to call service to clean the pull out couch as it was left dirty.

The fridge was a tad dirty when we got there- not a huge deal. Overall was really good- my only suggestion would be to tell guests what they will need. We didn't have hand soap or body wash and had to go out and get them. We had a great time though- it really was a great space too

Room was very clean and nice small kitchen. Staff was helpful and very pleasant. Parking was great. Pool was good. Tv would not connect to internet and would not get on apps. There wasn't a shelf in the small shower to put shampoo or soap, you had to put it on the floor. There was no chair for anyone to sit on, only the bed, so not great for older people.

This location was formerly “Tahiti Inn.” Freshly remodeled and updated. Direct access to the boardwalk and 12/13street beaches. Easy room access with code. Room includes a small kitchenette including minifridge, dishwasher and dishes, 2 burner electric hot plate, kitchen sink. One odd thing that I’ll recommend to the management is that there were no trash cans in the room. I brought a shopping bag in to use for the trash we had (which wasn’t much). Pool is open 10am-8pm. I was hoping for earlier for laps before others woke up! A good clean place to stay.

PROs - clean room, great shower pressure, very close to the beach, and if you get there early enough, you can get a shaded parking spot under building with no extra cost. CONs - space size did not match the online photo. Instead of a full kitchen, it had a tiny kitchenette with only one small saucepan, but good number of dishes/cups/utensils. The room was crammed with two beds, and we had to move one because the AC blew directly into bed, instead of up into the room. The TV screen was broken and bleached out; management ignored our request to fix it. Finally, the only window faced a public stairwell, forcing us to keep the drapes closed the entire time.

Check in was for 4 o'clock, I arrived at 3:40, the room was not ready, I was given a parking sign to park my car and wait, I alled at 4:10, and the number goes to another hotel in Ocean City. My room was still not ready. It ended up being 4:40 when I got my information of room code and no instructions on how to do it. When we were checking out and packing the car, we had to go back and get 2 items and my wifes puse, the room was alrready had locked us out with our stuff still in there. There were other people around the pool complaining all week as well. If you are not ready to open, don't it makes you look bad.

Checked in on 6/20/26 everything seem fine at first but we leave and head to the boardwalk and come back to hotel room to see ants crawling around front door and middle of room floor so I instantly contacted the front office to cancel my stay because I was uncomfortable staying after seeing ants in the room, also I have a 6 month old with sensitive skin so I definitely wasn’t staying with peat in the room! From desk said I had to contact Expedia since I booked through them and when Expedia went and tried getting a hold of oceans edge of course no one answered so I had to lose out on $600 almost $700. I would not recommend this place at all. Pictures look good but in person everything is smaller than what you see online.

Overall, this was a good place to stay for a quick trip to the shore. Stayed for 2 nights and It was Reasonably priced The good: close proximity to boardwalk, free parking, pool access, quick communication via text/app, sorta updated decor The bad: floor wasnt very clean, no hangers or hooks in the closet (so you have to live out of your suitcase), wifi seemed a little sketchy (non-secured, even though they told me they had a password).

We really enjoyed staying at Ocean’s Edge. You could tell the place was recently renovated and it looked exactly like the pictures. It was close to the boardwalk and rides, but still quiet inside despite the proximity. Our only issue was that the internet/TVs didn’t work sometimes. Otherwise we would definitely stay here again

Great location in the heart of Ocean City, within walking distance of the boardwalk, rides, restaurants, and shops. The condo has been recently renovated, includes a full kitchen, linens are provided, and the shared balcony is a nice bonus. The staff was consistently friendly, responsive, and professional. A few things to know before booking: We were asked to upload our driver’s license and credit card before check-in, though I was able to provide them at the front desk. We received our room around 3 p.m., before the 4 p.m. check-in, but there seemed to be a communication breakdown. The biggest issue was cleanliness. Many dishes and utensils had visible residue, the floors still had sand, and the microwave, oven, refrigerator, freezer, and windows needed better cleaning. While I understand beach properties are harder to maintain, for a property marketed as “luxury” I expected more attention to detail. The primary bedroom does not have an en suite bathroom, and the hallway bathroom is very small with almost no counter space. Several kitchen outlets didn’t work properly, and there were no baking sheets for the oven. Although the condo sleeps eight, there is only one couch and seating for four, so it could feel crowded on a rainy day. Families with young children should also know there is no elevator for strollers and no bathtub. Overall, we enjoyed our stay because of the location and the excellent staff, but I don’t feel the property currently lives up to its luxury branding.
