I stayed at number 20, apartment 24. The property is very clean and well furnished, a room with a very good double bed and a kitchen with a living room with a sofa that should be changed. The big problem is that vis a vis there are 2 bars that play very loud music in the evening until 4 in the morning, you can hear it in the bedroom even though it is on the opposite side of the street. I do not recommend this property for those who have difficulty falling asleep or are light sleepers :)

Amazing property. Close to everything. In the party district which is lovely if you like lots of energy. We opened our balcony and listened to the party!! If you are like us and pack heavy just be aware Uber and taxi cannot drive in the street so you will need to carry your luggage up the cobblestone street and then up to your apartment if you don’t book the elevator apartments, no issue for us because the price is amazing for what you get. Also breakfast is great included everyday. They drop the food the night before, and fresh local bread on your door in the mornings! Would totally stay again!!

The apartment wasn't bad but it is situated in front of a night club with very loud music until 3am with drunk people outside, breakfast was a joke you have to make it yourself. Staff was very friendly but i wont be returning or recommending it.

First off the reception and cleaning staff were amazing so my negative review is not for them. I had heard about the noise on the street being an issue but the building itself yes is old and when I was in the suite I could hear people upstairs walking all day and night as floors are not insulated. You can hear people talking through the walls and doors all day (when I was in suite)it was constant thuds on the floor/banging from people walking up the stairs or above or hearing neighbours talk or T.V. I think I maybe got 4-5 hours of sleep a night from waking up from noise. Room was nice and clean. Great location. Breakfast sandwich items handy. Would not stay here again…. Lack of rest ruined it for me.

Appartement bien situé à côté des transports et du centre de Lisbonne , attention rue assez animé mais les appartements on le double vitrage , nous avions eu un premier appartement qui n’était pas celui en photo que nous avions réservé , mais le personnel a été très gentil et nous a changer l’appartement le lendemain pour celui que nous avions vu ( le vert avec la salle de bains en marbre , très jolie , bien décoré et propre ) le petit déjeuner vous est apporté chaque soir pour le lendemain et la dame est très gentil . Merci pour ce beaux séjour au cœur de Lisbonne

Im Umkreis von ca. 200-300 m gibt es unzählige Restaurants, Bars, Pubs, Minimarkets usw., dadurch ist es nachts natürlich relativ laut auf den Straßen. Bei geschlossenen Fenstern oder mit Ohrstöpseln ist das aber kein Problem. Die Wohnung ist komplett ausgestattet, man kann sich was kochen, falls nötig. Nur das Frühstück ist etwas unausgewogen mit einem großen Brötchen, alle zwei Tage zusätzlich ein Mini-Croissant und einem Kaffee pro Person. Bei Ei, Wurst, Käse, Marmelade, Schokocreme und Honig weiß man nicht so recht, wohin mit dem ganzen Belag. Zu Weihnachten gab es zusätzlich ein süßes Teilchen und einen Kakao, das war prima. Von der Wohnung aus kann man gut die Metro erreichen, aber auch zu Fuß ist die Altstadt sehr gut zu erkunden.

Veldig bra

Hadde et veldig bra opphold. Fikk en oppgradering når jeg kom dit til en mye større leilighet enn jeg hadde bestilt. Hyggelig ansatte. Eneste jeg ikke likte var den forferdelig parfyme maskinen de hadde i gangen og inne i leiligheten. Den i leiligheten spruta en duft flere ganger i timen som lukta ganske stramt… endte med å ta den av veggen og legge den i en skuff og da gikk det fint! Generelt var det et veldig bra opphold og kan anbefale til alle, med mindre du er veldig var på parfyme Det er også et ganske høylytt område i forhold til alle barene i området. Dette er jo utenfor sesong så blir nysgjerrig på hvor høylytt det er på sommeren. Men det gikk fint.

Could have more for breakfast and better Tea. Very quiet rooms - slept well even though there was party on the streets nearby. Very nice and cosy interior. Had to carry the luggage 4 small blocks from a parking house (20E/24h) because you cannot drive with a car In the narrow alleys. Very very central location right were all the interesting sittes, restaurants etc are. And very groendet and helpful staff.

Zentral gelegenes Appartment mit 2 Schlafzimmern mitten im Nachtleben. Die perfekt isolierten Fenster haben für Ruhe in der Wohnung gesorgt. Der Service mit Frühstück und täglicher Reinigung war hervorragend. Stilvoll eingerichtet und alles vorhanden, was den Aufenthalt komfortabel macht. 24 Stunden besetzte Rezeption, wo wir auch nachts noch Hilfe erhalten hatten und die überaus freundlichen und zugewandten Mitarbeiter haben den Aufenthalt zusätzlich verschönert. Wir würden das Appartment jederzeit wieder buchen und können es uneingschränkt weiter empfehlen.
