Superb stay

Stay was amazingly good. Located just one bus stop away from Elizabeth Quay Stn. Allocated a free parking lot just below the apartment. Apartment is very well maintained with housekeepers coming in twice a week. We cook and wash our clothes everyday. Really appreciate the appliances provided. Must importantly, the excellent services provided by the receptionists who attend to our needs with care.

We booked a room with 2 bedrooms, the room is spacious and clean. It is located just next to Kings park, great for running and walking. A wonderful stay experience!

The hotel was in very good condition and has excellent amenities. However, the rooms are very near the freeway and does not have insulated (glazed) windows. The noise can be very loud especially when trucks or large vehicles drive by.

The property was very spacious and very clean. It was a perfect space for our family of 5 which comes with 2 bed-rooms. There was a huge kitchen which was very well-equipped. The location is very conveniently located to Hay Street Mall and King's Park. There was sheltered parking provided and that was a plus point. Some of the interiors like the cupboard finishings look slightly dated and would benefit from some refurbishing. The air-conditioner is only available in the living/dining areas, so when we turned on the heater, we couldn't feel the warmth from the bedrooms. These are some slight areas of improvement. But otherwise, everything was great.

The check in and out process was swift and without hassle - just have to make sure that you have your car model and plate no. for the recept to do the registration. The hotel was prompt to our requests for portable heaters (to placei n the rooms), extra towels and indoor slippers. Location was prime and enable us to travel around outside of Perth easily. Highly recommend this to those travelling to Perth.

Old and need upgraded, not impressed, overly rated

The apartment is old, the appliances are outdated, the bathrooms also need renovation. Nothing can be reached by foot so must prepare to drive whenever you need to go. Wifi also limited to 2 devices and 1 GB per day. Service also standard and don’t expect too much, leave nothing to impress

Big, nice and clean room with fully equipped kitchenette. Free zone bus stop is right at the front of the apartment. Very convenient as Elizabeth Quay is just 1 stop away.
