Excellent location. In easy walking distance if the old town and main tourist sites. Some very interesting cafes and eateries on the doorstep. The premises offer a nice lounge area and garden which was being redone unfortunately but obviously is a real asset in good weather. Rennes is a very interesting town and this is a good base fir a visit.

Good location close to city center

Very nice area and close to city center. The apartment was a bit old but clean and confortable. They had signs about energy saving and sustainability which i loved. Apartment was very good size.

We liked the fridge, kettle, stove, frypan, modern large room, We would have liked more information in English on the location of local grocery shops, attractions, bus stops, etc and more tea and coffee and milk Everything else was amazing. I have stayed in Aparthotels in Lyon, Bordeaux and Aix , all of which were superb. Sadly the Rennes hotel is not. The rooms are nothing like as nice as the photos used on their website and the firing, particularly the bathroom are old and worn out.

Meticulously cleaning and comfortable. Yes there is scaffolding but we booked at weekend, so no workmen around. It wasn't a problem as it was for updating the exterior of the hotel.

I liked that the beds were comfy, including the sofa bed! The studio was very clean and the bathroom of decent size. I didn't like that the studio was not as pretty and large as the one in the picture in Expedia. I think that it would be a great idea to see exactly what you are going to book. I would have liked to have a couple of instant coffe sachets included.

Aparthotel à proximité immédiate du centre

Nous avons rĂ©servĂ© un studio pour 2 nuits. Nous avions demandĂ© Ă  ĂȘtre cĂŽtĂ© jardin et effectivement c'Ă©tait trĂšs calme. Le logement correspond bien Ă  la description faite sur le site. Il n'est pas trĂšs grand mais fonctionnel avec son coin cuisine Ă©quipĂ© qui nous a permis de faire chauffer des petits plats prĂ©parĂ©s et de garder de la nourriture au frais. Il possĂšde une double porte qui isole aussi des bruits du couloir. Pour nous le lit manquait un peu de fermetĂ© et n'Ă©tait pas trĂšs large. Pour 2 nuits pas de mĂ©nage ou changement de serviettes mais on le savait et ce n'Ă©tait pas gĂȘnant. Petit-dĂ©jeuner complet dont jus d'orange frais. Nous avons trouvĂ© une place pour nous garer juste devant ! Nous avons apprĂ©ciĂ© de pouvoir rapidement gagner le centre-ville Ă  pied. Pour nous ce sera une adresse Ă  recommander pour un budget qualitĂ©/prix parfait !
