Cosy, clean and convenient hotel

Plus : Room was equipped with most kitchen facilities like induction cooker, kettle, microwave, utensils pots, sink, table etc, which resulted in us making our own meals; Very well equipped with heaters (even in toilet) which is good for cold winter in Reykjavik; Good and spacious shower facilities; Two twin beds which were very comfortable on top of sofa; Short walking distance from the main shopping street and supermarket; Very convenient check in and check out with the digital pass at the door. Minus : No lift, and had to carry heavy luggage up the 2 flight of stairs; I was given a room beside the street so this means heavy vehicles noise and people talking at the ground floor which could be heard very clearly in the night. Overall, still satisfied. Had a homely feeling.

Communication and willing to assist during work hours was great. Shower and bathroom sink weren’t draining, and help would not arrive until after we checked out next morning. Noisy neighborhood. Even in early morning hours.

Ver clean and modern apartments. Beds are super comfortable. Kitchen was adequate. Great downtown location. Walkable to most attractions. Would definitely stay again. Had to walk up steep steps with luggage. A bit noisy at night, due to being on a main street. A little hard to locate- signage could be better.

We loved everything about this location. Very clean apartment, even though it feels more like a small dorm room. We enjoyed all the shops, bars and restaurants one street up. Will definitely stay here again when we come back.

Great location a short walk from bus stop 6 making it ideal for transfers and day trip pick-ups / drop-offs. Kitchenette was really useful for making sandwiches for day trips.

It’s ok for one night

The location is in good proximity to all the major sites and clean. Close to everything you need. The apartment was fine for one night, but I do not recommend this place for families. It’s so small. Noise coming from the street below will keep you up all night. And street parking was difficult to find. Also, it’s on the second floor so be prepared to haul your luggage up the stairs.

Abbiamo preso il monolocale economy che aveva solo il microonde e non è stato facile cuocere qualcosa. Il check in è comodissimo e il proprietario è sempre pronto ad aiutarti. Fantastic location, everything we wanted no more than 15 minutes walk away. Bit cosy but good what we needed it for, easily did breakfast and a few evening meals in the kitchen area. Bin etc emptied daily.
