The 1-bedroom villa exceeded my expectations as the layout differed from the photos. The only thing is the location as its a little secluded and tucked away, about a 20 minutes walk from Jomtien Beach. Kudos to the staffs who were all friendly and helpful.

The villa was older but was clean. Bed were harder than I liked and the hot water in the master bedroom was not constant. It was further away from Pattaya than I wanted to stay. They had taxi service available. It met my needs for 9 people and everyone enjoyed the house.

I booked the 1 Bedroom Pool Villa it was very nice and comfortable. I really liked that they had Mini Bar with Drinks so I was able to have a few drinks when I arrived till I could get to stock up at 7 11.

When we arrived, the place was dark with minimum lighting. He walk us to the unit and there were a lot of bugs everywhere and geckos on the wall. For health and safety reason, we did not stay. We booked another hotel to stay instead. The pictures of the place are deceiving.
