Sweet spot right next to the beach.

Hotel Villa Sveva... is great to relax as well as meet people. It is located very close to main beach, supermarket and bus stop which is very convenient. The host and staff are very friendly and welcoming. Highly recommended! Thanks Elena! See you next time in the sun.

Clean, welcoming, perfectly located, great staff!

My stay was just amazing! Not only the hotel is really clean, few steps from the seaside, quiet and modern. What makes the difference is the staff: they are the best! Friendly, nice, doing their best at all the time, smiling, honest, careful! In few days I really felt like I was in a family. I can't wait to go back to Villa Sveva! Complimenti! 😃👍👍👍👍

L’Hotel Villa Sveva è veramente un posto di pace e tranquillità a (esattamente) due passi dal bagnasciuga. Una struttura bianca tra i villini del Poetto che si fa notare per eleganza e tranquillità. Personale cordiale e molto attento ad ogni esigenza. Un vero e proprio angolo di serenità, perfetto per una vacanza rigenerante.

Bellissimo boutique hotel a due passi dal Poetto. La camera era pulita, moderna e spaziosa. Ho trovato un’ottima accoglienza e cordialità da parte di Helena e il suo staff, sempre disponibile e attento, mi sono sentita come a casa mia. Colazione assortita da gustare in giardino. Ci tornerei subito e lo consiglio vivamente! Eccellente rapporto qualità prezzo.

Struttura spettacolare a 10 metri dallo splendido mare del Poetto. Hanno avuto un problema con l' aria condizionata e hanno provveduto a sostiturmi la camera con un upgrade in maniera gratuita. La caciotta a colazione vale da sola tutto il costo della struttura!

The pictures look nothing like the real property! The lawn is not well manicured. Our bathroom door was rubbing on the floor and took great effort to close it every time one used the restroom! Very frustrating! Also it would have been helpful to understand that most restaurants were closed due to the time of year and we could only find one place in walking distance open! We were there beginning of Jan.

I recommend this hotel

Very good service, Friendly but professional staff, nice rooms (no balcony but out door seating areas) Clean well furnished with a good position close to beach and public transport, bars and restaurants. Good value for money.

Property looked different to the images. Fairly quiet and friendly staff, however bed sheets always remained sandy even after house keeping had made the bed. Staff were willing to help and arranged transport for us.

My partner and I really enjoyed our stay. It is really close next to the city’s main beach ‘Poetto beach.’ Along the beach stretch there are many restaurants for night time including facilities such as a big shop for food and pharmacy. It has really good bus connections which starts literally outside the villa and gets you into the city centre very easily and swiftly and cheaply. Staff was very welcoming always and friendly and our room was always cleaned well and left in a good state. Cleaners were also very friendly. Overall good location if you want to explore the capital to Cagliari.

The staff members were incredibly nice and very helpful! Made us feel quite welcomed and comfortable. I would have preferred to receive fresh towels every day, but I believe it was in their policy that they do not do that. Not sure if it is just with this hotel or if in all of Poetto. Overall wonderful experience!

Très belle hôtel rénové à neuf. Propre et accueillant. Très belle emplacement, petit quartier autour de l’hôtel très agréable avec la plages et plusieurs restaurants. Deux minutes à pied de la plage, arrêt d’autobus à deux minutes à pied également pour se rendre en ville car un peu éloigné du centre. Épicerie à quelques minutes également. À 15 minutes en auto de l’aéroport.

Ottima location, da migliorare alcune cose....

Conosco molto bene la zona in prossimità della spiaggia del Poetto, veramente ottima. Il centro città raggiungibile in pochi minuti in auto. Molto buono anche per soggiorni di lavoro, si può godere della tranquillità e usufruire della spiaggia nei mesi caldi. La struttura andrebbe tenuta meglio, giardino ed esterni un pò trascurati, dalle foto alla realtà ho trovato una grossa differenza. Colazione migliorabile.

Camera piuttosto piccola. Quelle che si affacciano sulla strada statale sono piuttosto rumorose. Il servizio è eccellente, tutto il personale è gentilissimo, sempre pronto ad aiutare in tutto. Parlano inglese.

Great boutique hotel in walking distance to the beach and a bus stop to the city very close to the hotel. The superior room is quite spacious and has a large balcony. Breakfast is simple but good (great coffee!!). All of the staff members are extremely friendly and helpful! Excellent value for money - would book it again.
