Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service, property conditions & facilities, room comfort

Debo opinar mal por: -El jacuzzi tiene límite de agua caliente(por ir con caldera),que no se avisa en la info. de internet,ni al llegar.Por esto,no se puede llenar más de 20cm (según instrucciones)o sólo saldrá agua fría.Si no sabes esto,te quedas SIN jacuzi ese día Si se acaba la caliente,ya no se puede usar en varias horas. Si antes de ti lo usan los anteriores huéspedes por ej.no tendrás agua caliente hasta horas después,o si te duchas,reducirás el agua para el jacuzi -No es regulable la temperatura del agua,es o congelada o ardiendo,hay que ir alternándola para conseguir templada(así que echar más agua una vez dentro es incómodo y los chorros carecen de utilidad -La potencia de llenado es nula,casi1h para llenar el jacuzi(los20cm indicados) -El wifi va fatal,y no hay cobertura,no hay casi posibilidad de comunicación. -El jacuzi piden no usarlo de noche -Llegaron tarde a recibirme y dar llaves,tuve q. esperar más de 20m,a pesar de avisar de la hora el día anterior y mismo día.Si tienes cualquier problema tardan 1h en llegar desde el León -El jacuzi perdió agua e inundó la habitación a pesar de seguir las indicaciones.No se consiguió reproducir el problema con el encargado,así que no saben la causa. Me avisaron de que a más gente se le había inundado la hab.(como después me pasó a mí -Tuve que cambiar a la casa 2 por el mal funcionamiento del jacuzi,pero solo tiene bañera,y no quiso darme la hoja de reclam.si accedía a cambiarme de casa.Sólo opción otro hotel por la zona…
