Spacious, brightly lit, natural light, clean, polite staff. Would be good if they provided hair conditioner. The front desk said they do provide but twice i asked and they did not give. The shampoo and shower gel were good. Many fluffy towels... made the stay pleasant. Breakfast was good except the tea wasn't hot on all 3 days.

Beautiful villa and friendly staff

We booked 2 bedroom villa.The size of the villa is not big but I find the size is just nice for family of 4. Total of 3 toilets in the villa. One at level 1 and two at level 2. Private pool, jacuzzi, kitchen and 1st bedroom at level 1, living hall, 2nd bedroom and two shower room at level 2. The swing above the pool is so cozy. You may also rent a beautiful float at additional charges. We love it. If you wish to have breakfast in the pool, rent a floating tray. We end up did not have our breakfast in the water as the water pretty cool in the morning. You may pre select your breakfast and timing, it will be served to your villa. Overall it's a beautiful villa with friendly staff.

Comfortable villa.

The staff are very welcoming when we arrived. We didnt have to wait that long for our room. Our one bedroom villa is cozy and nice. Really like the hammock and swing. Jacuzzi was a tad dirty but its ok since we didnt use it.The amenities in the room were great. Loved the tv channels. Plenty of it. The microwave. 2 sinks in the bathroom so we dont have to argue over one. Haha. The bed was super comfy. Wish it was a king instead of a queen bed. Some of the things that i dont really like is the villas are spaced too near to each other thus privacy was a bit down there. U could pretty much hear or be heard. And they dont accept cash, only credit card for everything that we ordered or take from the fridge. Basically, thats abt it. Overall, i am satisfied with my stay. Will come again.

There's nothing to complain about this villa. Everything is great and their service is superb! Plenty of choices from the breakfast menu! Love the soft pillow that welcomes me back after a long day of having fun exploring Bali!

Private and cosy villa, highly recommended

Very warm hospitality and polite staff. Room was very clean and cosy - really felt like our home away from home. Room was bigger than expected with kitchenette, king sized bed and decent sized toilet. Especially liked the outdoor shower, jacuzzi and private pool. Food was great and affordable. Excellent experience and up to standards. Truly appreciated the personalised details in the room. Wished our stay was longer. Location was great too - other areas easily accessible via scooter/ cab. Highly recommended - will definitely consider this villa again for our next holiday to Bali.

Lovely 2 night stay

We stayed in Ine Vie villa as part of our last stage of our Bali trip. 2 night stay was very calm, relaxing, time well spend, private pool was a plus point. Good food served right into the luxury of your villa. Local food around the villa is available and pretty affordable, just need to be ready to explore and bike is very handy. Staff were very helpful, just a call away.

Nice villa with good accessibility to major tourist attraction . Great staff who provides good service such as providing private land tour , breakfast delivery to the villa every morning with options to choose from , helping you to book cab , very prompt service when you need something . Villa also provide driver and car to bring you to tourist attraction at reasonable price

Excellent staff and beautiful villa

All the staff are very friendly and customer-service oriented, esp Manik. She went the extra mile to give my wife a birthday surprise during our stay and provide all the great assistance. The villa is beautifully decorated, clean and spacious. It is located between Seminyak and Kuta. About 15-20 mins drive to the shopping street considering traffic jams.

Definitely worst experience in years. The one staff i met was nice but she couldn't do anything for my situations. Sent a complaint email to the property group but no response. Upon arrival, I encountered several issues that significantly impacted my stay. The property looks good in pictures but not in reality. Firstly, the public shower (only shower facility in the villa) lacks privacy due to the adjacent building, making the experience uncomfortable and inconvenient. Secondly, the jacuzzi's hygiene was unsatisfactory, with visible dirt and neglect. This not only compromised the promised amenities but also raised concerns about cleanliness standards. Furthermore, I observed a safety hazard concerning the power plugs in the accommodation. All of them appeared cracked, posing a risk to guests. This issue requires urgent attention to ensure the safety of everyone staying on the premises. Lastly, the presence of cattle near the accommodation emitted a persistent unpleasant odor, diminishing the overall experience. Addressing this concern is essential for the well-being and comfort of guests. I left the villa 30 mins later without using any facility or touching the bed. Complained to EXP but couldnt help. May use another platform to book next time coz they were able to help in a similar situation previously. To sum up, look somewhere else.

Short stay and Ini Vie

Very nice stay, rooms layout is a little awkward and the hot water runs out fast so hottub can run cold but overall a good stay.
