Second stay. Excellent place. Excellent value

The one bedroom suites are excellent. I recommend getting an upper floor and a room on the East side (better natural light). I like the wood flooring, furniture, kitchen setup, bedroom, bed, bathroom, and washer/dryer. The location is amazingly convenient to shopping, groceries, restaurants and bars. It is a block from Chapel street. It is 2 blocks from the Yarra river and 1 mile from the Royal Botanical Garden.

Quality of the accommodation was very good and reception very pleasant and helpful. The building is located in a narrow street with an outlook into the apartments across the toad that looked quite drab. The major concern is that this property has a car lift for parking. On checkout I was informed the lift was not working. It took some three hours to get it running again so you were effectively trapped in the building. So my note to self is: don’t stay in a complex with a car lift. This made my stay disappointing and frustrating. Must say the young lady on reception was apologetic and provides updates as best she could.

Good location to Toorak and Chape St

Fairly modern hotel with 4star finishing.in quiet street,but easy access to eating joints and restaurants and shops. My main grouse is that if you stay for less than 7days.you DO NOT receive fresh towels or room cleaning DAILY. something offered by other serviced apartments nearby. Car parking is available but limited to size of your car.as its limited by size of the lift

Great Location

Wonderful location- just 3min walk to the BEST Lobster noodle and Abalone Shabu2 anywhere!! Its called Pacific Room on St Kilda road. I challenge you to find me a better restaurant !!! Around the corner is Chapel St where dozens of coffee cafes and eating joints are And the most famous ICON of all- Pharan Market where you will find the freshest fruits and meat. My only issues were loss of WiFi in the room.whereas it works perfectly fine in the lobby !! And confusion over allocated and paid parking in the basement. Id arrive and find someone elses car in my lot !!

First, stayed 4N/5D. Given one set hand/bath towels. No room service . Told them we stay 4 nights, given one more set of towels. Third day early morning before we woke up, toilet ceiling leaking water. We changed room before cleaning up. Second stay for two nights after returned from Tasmania, service slightly improved. Guess because we are 'returned' guests. Still one set of towels for 2N with no room service.

District South Yarra - Value for money & excellent

We arrived quite early in the day, about 7am and the reception was friendly and helpful. The apartment was spotless, comfortable and we had a large balcony. The area is quiet and also set in a very central location - about 5-10 min walk to train station, trams, restaurants and the market. Excellent place, would definitely stay there again on our next visit to Melbourne.

Nice, cosy and friendly! =)

Friendly staff who are always willing to help. Close to the train station so getting around is easy. Walking distance to various eateries and bars. There's is some construction along the road which might cause some noise in the morning, but should clear up very fast.

Always a pleasure, great room ( good deal) comfortable beds and the popcorn in the room was a nice touch! The phone key is a new idea which means I was a bit worried about my battery being charged enough to get back in after hours, and my stay history had been erased but all in all a relaxing and pleasant stay.

Central, easy to get public transport, in a great area for restaurants, green spaces, less people traffic. The hotel it self is looks and feels clean but has a strong chemical smell.
