Worst experience in CDMX ever

Not the best place to stay in Mexico city To start they tried to cancel my reservation some hrs before my arrival saying that my reservation was not granted due some non sense rules that they never explained. The staff is rude and not friendly and they have a very bad attitude towards the customer. Around the same arwa are at leats 20 similar location where tou can stay. DO NOT STAY HERE.

In general it was fine, only that when we arrived and asked for access to the parking lot the girl who attended us responded sharply saying that there was none, when in the publication says FREE PARKING. After that we were conditioned not to take the car out arguing that it was locked. The rooms are spacious, clean but if you bring your car be prepared to deal with their comments.

What a dump!

Dumpy apartment. Old sofa covers on old sofa in need of repair or tossing in the trash. Dirty microwave, old towels, dirty curtains, lumpy pillows, very cold at night, connection for smart tv not working. Very poor maid service. The only good thind was the location. Ive stayed in much better places for less money. Think twice before booking at this very bad apartment.

El peor error de mi vida para reservar, llegue y no tenían lugar para estacionar mi camioneta, me entregan el cuarto, el baño sucio, sabanas sucias con huellas, terrible, baje a quejarme y pedir cambio de habitación, que ya no tenian me dieron otras sabanas para cambiar yo, porque no tenian personal y estaban tambien sucias. Me sali, no me quede pague otro hotel que me costo 3800 la noche yo creo que fue mi ultima reserva por medio de expedia.

La ubicación es excelente. Hay muchas opciones de restaurantes muy cerca para ir caminando . También está muy cerca caminando de Paseo Reforma. El personal es muy amable. Pero los muebles están muy descuidados, los sillones de la salita muy sucios .

El lugar presenta instalaciones con falta de mantenimiento, sobre todo en el drenaje , el baño podría estar mucho mejor ,el lavado se tarda en desaguar ,la regadera ya presenta deterioro y el chorro es malo , el agua al momento de bañarse se tira por la presión mal nivelada , así como la coritina en mal estado. El internet es malo , la TV ni la vimos ya que el sky no funciona.

Muy bien

Excelente ubicación, muy bien equipadas, mi única sugerencia es que tanto las cortinas como las sábanas ya necesitan un cambio, aunque estaban limpias ya se ven bastante usadas.
