Wonderful location and the staff was very helpful. The apt was clean and very nice. Everything worked and the water pressure was spectacular. We also loved the air conditioning in the rooms since we were there during a heat wave.

Out of all of our 6 places we stayed at on our trip, this was our absolute favorite. We stayed in the Rosa room it was spacious and so cute. The host was very friendly and accommodating.

Solid flat in a perfect area for seeing the art

This property is exceptionally well-located for museums, good eateries and shopping. We walked everywhere. The kitchen has a mini cooktop, small fridge and small dishwasher for convenience. The bathroom has an uncomfortable toilet but nice bidet. The beds (we had 2 twins pushed together) were supportive and dressed in lovely 100% Italian cotton. The high ceilings mean there's no insulation between floors but the noise wasn't bad. Climate control was excellent in the flat. Sylvia was our liaison and she took care of our requests including arranging a taxi back to the train station on our last day. We would stay here again, just not in July when everyone visits Florence!

Our stay at the Rosso Tiziano apartment in Florence was fantastic! The location was perfect—you could walk everywhere. We had the top-floor apartment, where the bedroom had a window strategically positioned to offer a stunning view of the Duomo right from the bed. The apartment was spotless and fully equipped, with a kitchen that had everything we needed. We loved the unique decor and artistic touches that made the space feel fun and inviting. Sylvia was a wonderful host, responding promptly and even assisting us when we missed a connection during our travels. It was a truly comfortable stay, and we’re already planning our return. Highly recommend!

Fräsch lägenhet som ligger väldigt central i Florens. Lägenheten hade ett kök så man kunde göra frukost och middag. Trevligt personal och snabb kommunikation. Det enda som drog ned det lite var de hårda sängarna.

This apartment was perfect for our family of 4 on a short trip Florence. The location, down the street from the Duomo, was ideal. The apartment has heated floors, a very nice large bathroom, kitchenette, pull out sofa and loft with queen size bed. We had way more space than we would have had in a hotel and it was fun to feel like we had our own space. Design was fun & eclectic. I hope we can return!
