Ice maker in two units not functional. Said water line was probably frozen and need to be defrosted. Would have had to leave food out. Not acceptable.

We got upgraded to a property across the street at Wailea Ekahi Village. Very happy with the property and want to go back next year. Loved the walking path from neighboring hotel.

The only complaint I have is that the pool wasn't kid friendly. We had 5 little girls with us, and in the evening, we were always asked to leave the facility because they were too noisy. Also, the hot tub was cold for several days in a row.

Pleasantly surprised!

Considering how much less it cost than nearby non-resort hotels, I was astounded at how nice this property was. The washer and dryer and multiple bedrooms/bathrooms were excellent, and I was extremely impressed by the cleanliness and condition of the unit. No odors or stickiness or any of the other issues that tend to occur at properties with kitchens. Check-in was easy and the walk to resorts and shops was fine (although there's a section without a sidewalk and the hills might be a bit much for those with mobility issues). I had no complaints at all.

The check in was incredibly easy and over the top customer-oriented. I was alerted by text when the room was ready early. The instructions were very clear and the check in by David was super courteous and helpful. The place was clean and cool when we arrived on a hot day. Excellent reception.

My family and I had a very enjoyable one week stay at the hotel. The check in and check out was made easy, the house was fully equipped with appliances and kitchenware. Neighbors are quiet, and nice golf course view. Love the environment, 4mins drive to Wailea Beach, we spent 2 days in a row going to sunset at the Wailea beach. A few dinning options nearby. It exceeds my expectation, and the real scene of the room is better than website, you won't be disappoint. Just one little dip is we found small pests on the kitchen counter and bathroom counter frequently. The only bits of annoying thing. Well, I'm still going to give 5/5 star to this property regardless.

This property is fantastic for a relaxing vacation. The staff was kind and so considerate. I was so pleased with the location and the surrounding area. I will definitely revisit this property the next time I am in Hawaii.
