I loved my room here and would absolutely tell friends to go back to Numa Nook. Great neighborhood, perfect room and great responsiveness to any questions I had. It was exactly what I was looking for and all the food & transpiration I needed was right there. Plus museum island is just around the corner.

This is a tired hotel. Elevator out for the entire time we were there - could still be out for all we know as there appeared no urgency in fixing it. Threadbare towels. Shower door was not working properly. Apparently no exhaust in kitchen area so you were instructed to open the window when cooking. If you didn't and the alarm went off/fire trucks appeared, you got charged. Lack of exhaust becomes your problem and expense. Poor lighting - none over the table so you eat in dim lighting.

We had a large apartment on the top floor of the building, great views and a big outdoor patio which was really cool. (It was winter cold for us, but probably amazing to have in the summer.) One bedroom plus sofa bed, and two bathrooms, plus a very nice, well-equipped little kitchen area. About 2-3 blocks walk from the Hackescher Market train station, which we were ablate reach directly from the airport using the S-bahn train with no train changes. We again used that station later to keep going to the main Berlin train station (Hauptbahnhof). And we signed up for a walking tour of Berlin, which turned out to start just around the corner from the apartment. From there we walked to all the major sights. The only difficulty was that upon our arrival after about 24 hours of international travel, we found that the elevator was not working, and we had to haul luggage for a 17 day trip up 6 tall flights of stairs, with no staff around to help. Many people would not even be able to do this. It was broken for all of our 2 day stay. To the hotel's credit, they answered quickly when we complained about this, and offered us a modest rebate on the price we paid. With a functioning elevator, this place would be totally perfect.

Lage + Unterkunft toll, Erreichbarkeit schlecht

An sich alles wunderbar, aber wenn etwas ist, dann gibt es dort niemanden vor Ort, beim Chat dauert es teils über eine Stunde bis ein Mitarbeiter den Chatbot ablöst. Zb wurde uns kurz vor Anreise mitgeteilt, dass unser Balkonzimmer nicht verfügbar war, so hatten wir plözlich ein dunkles Zimmer ohne Balkon nach hinten. Ich habe lange Zeit am Telefon gechattet bis klar war, dass wir ab der zweiten Nacht in ein Balkonzimmer umziehen könnten. Bei meinen Eltern fehlten Dinge, die im Lager im Keller nicht verfügbar waren und die Reinigungskräfte sprechen kein Deutsch. Und ein kleiner Tip, die Balkonzimmer sind SEEHR unterschiedlich. Schmale Balkone mit Schatten bis Mittag zur Seite, um die Ecke sehr großzügige Balkone mit Sonne von morgens bis abends und Blick auf den Dom und den Fernsehturm. Mindestens das Zimmer 504 hat einen traumhaften Blick. Kaum zu glauben, dass es die selbe Kategorie wie die Zimmer in Etage 4 zur Seite haben soll...

Wouldn't stay here again

Apartment was in a great location, well stocked and even had a proper oven and microwave, but the bed was so uncomfortable I woke up with a sore neck and back every day. There’s also just a bad energy about the place but I think it’s Berlin overall not the hotel

Nice and Modern but not too private.

Nice modern apartment. Check in isn’t straightforward but we got there. The keypad to enter is very low and not well lit. The apartment was large, well furnished and modern. The only issue we had was missing curtains and blinds. With floor to ceiling windows in the bedroom this left us with privacy issues. The property must be aware of the missing curtains. Otherwise really nice.

nice place to stay. elevator was not functioning and we were on the third floor. other than that everything was fine. breakfast is hip bit not best quality. would recommend to stay though. make sure you have Berlin wecome card to make use of public transport.

The lift was not working in the property and there appeared to be no urgency to fix it. The corridor outside of our room was partially blocked by two cots and the cleaners cart was always there. This may have been due to the lift not working, but did not make for a good experience. The bathroom door would not stay shut unless locked. It needs a refresh.

Det var bra i stort sett. Men hissen fungerade inte och det gjorde vistelsen delvis obekväm. Man förväntar sig att hissen ska fungera i ett sådant hotell som Numa Nook är - och till det priset. Men rummet var mycket bra och väldigt bekvämt.
