Well located property, easy access to amenities. Room was clean and beds were comfortable. Only grouse was with the shower. Hot water was not consistent. EiFi was excellent. Reception was really friendly and easy going. Kids lived the little playground and trampoline

Great place for a great price!

We had a very nice and comfortable stay at the Pinewood - our room was large, clean and warm. The staff were very friendly and gave us lots of tips on the area. The kids played in the playground and loved it! We also used the laundry facilities which was great since we had been travelling for a few weeks with our children.

My kids enjoyed themselves at the playground... Great location within easy reach to Lake Tekapo... Room amenities were in good condition... Would be great if the shower room was not flat out...

Grateful to have a bed, better than sleeping in the car, however the rooms were very perfumed. I aired it out for hours and still I had a headache and did not sleep well. It was very inexpensive for NZ though, so if scents don’t bother you it could be a good stop.
